Been coming here for years to watch the UFC fights. This time my experience was sub par due to incompetent management. Food was good and service was excellent. Volume of fight was abnormally low and asked server twice to address low volume with "shift manager". Other tables requested the same and it became obvious that the person in charge was incapable and severely unwilling to fulfill his duties. Cameron was overheard talking to another table bad mouthing the cooks as well as degrading his servers after a complaint. On our third request for a volume increase, Cameron came to our table to explain that he is not a tech guy and that the volume was at max level. I believe that Cameron's inability to provide a crumb of customer service is a reflection of general management, their lack of training and the apocalyptic end of my visits to this location.

Ordered take out today and the service was good. When I got the food it wasn’t hot. If it was busy then I wouldn’t mind, but literally no one was in there. Why is food cold if you have no business? 🤷🏽‍♀️

If I can rate this location at Burlington and their customer service sub zero, I would. I placed an order to be ready at 7:20 pm 12/19/24 (today). I arrived at 7:10 pm. I waited an entire HOUR to finally get my food. Upon entering the restaurant, the host told me he’ll go check on my order. Never came back to provide updates. Half hour passed and I asked where’s my order. They said they were packing all to go orders. Everyone got their order except mine. Saw me waiting there like an idiot. I asked again then they said there aren’t any orders under my name. Asked what I ordered and I showed my receipt and they saw my frustration and didn’t even apologize instead said they’ve been having issues with not receiving orders. They then gave me my order and didn’t put any sides I requested (no veggies, no sauces). I should’ve gotten my entire order for free! This was seriously a joke. They’ve lost a customer. This is the second time they’ve kept me waiting. Never again!

Management doesn’t schedule enough workers to support crowd. Food is slow to come out. Service is super slow on days it isn’t crowded. Good luck to ya if you are starving. Never seen a place this slow in my lifetime.

The place was absolutely empty but I guess the bartender had her only 4 friends at the bar so she was too busy to wait on her only 2 tables. We asked another waiter if someone could help us after 5 minutes of radio silence and he said the bartender would be with us as she was scrolling on her phone with her friends. Waited 5 more minutes before we walked out with the other table who was sat the same time as us and THEN she decided to come over. What an absolute joke. Where’s the manager or is there one who cares about the business at all???? Absolutely do not recommend.

Updated to let everyone know that we ended up going to Texas Roadhouse which is just a short less than 2 minute drive from this hell-hole. TXRH was slammed busy and we still got sat and waited on faster than BWW. I’m gonna go give them a 5 star review now. Good luck.

I did an online order and had my daughter pick it up after work. When she got here with my order I was missing 6 traditional wings no sauce and the large fries that was supposed to be with the 20 wing bundle. The 20 boneless wings that I did get looked and tasted like they were reheated or cooked too long and was very hard. I tried to call the restaurant multiple times only to get a recording saying that no one was available to answer my call. Needless to say I’m not very happy.

Food was not good at all. Sent a salad back twice because of black lettuce. Chicken was like rubber and the sauces were horrible. We will not be back

I am currently eating here, and ordered some wings with my father. My waitress has not once come to check on us or refill my water for an entire hour that I have been here. I am still waiting and I have seen her tend to other tables multiple times. I haven’t even been rude, she’s walked past do many times, literally just now. I’m not mad, I’m just disappointed. Please review your staff’s customer service skills, they are lacking a bit. There isn’t enough customers to excuse this behavior from 4 members
