Keep giving this place chances, but it gets worse and worse. Place is half empty but told its a 45 min wait and got to wait inside or told "you will be skipped" (no txt or buzzer system like every other place).I see an open seat at bar and pointed it out to hostess who told me No you got to wait. Asked if i could i could go order some drinks from bar while we wait, No .. we get seated finally (after I nly 30 min because a bunch of people in line left) but after several groups come in and pass us.. sit at one of many empty tables for 15 minute solid while being ignored by all staff flagged down a passing busser to ask if we will have server or get menus or is it all online order via app now?.. busser gets menus and says we should have server, no apology tho) meanwhile 2 servers seemingly purposefully continue to ignore us before a waitress fianlly walks up and asked us how we are doing tonight like it's normal to wait 30 min to sit in empty place then be ignored for another 15 min..Service was ok.. from that point..Most the staff seems careless and / or high.. customer service is a lost concept here.. (one lady who seemed to be bussing and trying to fix projector signals etc.. was an exception as she was bustin her butt in a sea of slackers.Sad actually.Advice even if you are understaffed:Be honest with customers at hostess booth and explain food orders will take a little longer than usual but we can get you seated and get some drinks going if you dont mind waiting a bit for food followed by "thank you for your understanding and patience" then make a policy to talk to all newly seated people as they get seated so they can get their (high margin) drinks.Servers should never have empty hands.. ever trip back to the bar or kitchen is free opportunity for glass clearing and quick check in.I usually tip very well, and would've had a bigger bill in normal situations, instead I struggled to tip at all given experience and will tell everyone I know to avoid.. :-(

As soon as we walked is, thier was a odor. The table that we sat at had a nasty paper towel wad, under a leg. Ewww... no paper menus, asked to scan qr code. A while 10 minutes passed, or waitress said she wasn't ignoring us. Cam back 5 more minutes later and took our drink order. Told her we wanted a appetizer. She told us to hold on. 5 more minutes. So 20 minutes in we got up and walked out. For the whole 3 tables in there this should have happened.

Listen to the reviews! Food was way late on a pickup order. When we finally got it, went straight home and opened it immediately. Boneless wings were dry, hard, and either overcooked or cooked twice. Fries tasted like week old fryer grease.

Revisited Buffalo Wild Wings today it was the worst service I ever had. First you happen order your own food on an barcode, not realize some older folks not into their phones like younger people. We tried but our order didn't go through. Ask waitress for help with no response so we got up and left. I don't know who's running this business but this was the worst time I have had here. If you don't know how to work the scan then the waitress should be willing to help you.

We had a birthday party of 15, orders were placed & paid by Couples. Drinks were brought out quickly, but the food was not , it was about 1 hr + 15 mins before the food started coming out to us, but It was cold hamburgs & fries were cold of mine. All that got wings said they were cold also. I did not understand why the people came in way after us got their food before us. I will never go back there again cause it sucked. I spoke to the manager by phone call & he offered a refund if I paid by card. My daughters bill was almost $90.00 ,but she paid cash,so she gets no refund/??????????

The service just keeps getting worse and worse. I gave it a break and figured maybe they had gotten better. But nope, I was wrong. I ordered a kids Mac n cheese to go and this is what I got. Dry noodles stuck to the side. A waste of money and time.

Came in around 430 to have a early dinner. Sit at the bar, was greeted by a very nice bartander. She took my order, the food was terrible. The chicken wings were so hard.They were hard as a brickAnd they were bought out to me like it was OKWhat a disgrace
