When the manager Vanessa is working everything goes smooth and you get everything you order. But when she is not there it is another story drive through is supposed to be the fastest but it is so slow and then they pick and choose which intercom they want to answer next instead of going in order. The employees act like they don't want to be there and when you have food missing and come and try to get it back they have an attitude they're not even trying to apologize and make it right. I love Burger King and it sucks that this is the only one close to us I wish there was more places we could go.

There isn't much I can say that hasn't already been said about this location..but a few things I will add, better communication will solve most drive thru problems for both employee and costumer, don't roll your eyes at me over mistakes you make, that type of behavior will give you bigger problems than a wrong order. And I also wouldn't suggest altering already made food just because it's more convenient for you, absolutely disgusting and lazy. Don't think I don't know you took a double whopper and turned it into a single, it was sloppy and literally leaking juices..if I wasn't on a lunch break this location would have had a big problem on its hands.

Is it just me or every BK hires lazy people? Ordered through the drive thru and everyone up front were just standing talking to each other while all the cars were waiting. Just B kids being lazy!

I placed a mobile order on 11/16 for breakfast, got there at 10:30 and was told that they weren’t serving breakfast anymore and couldn’t give me my order. Said I would automatically get a refund. Well it’s been two weeks and I still haven’t gotten my money back and any message I’m sending to online support never receives a follow up.

I went to the drive-thru tonight. Horrible customer service! If I could, I would have given zero stars for the service. I am putting my time into writing this review and I hope it gets heard and they do something about it.
First of all, they made me wait for 10 minutes with only one car in front of me. When I got to the window they had gotten my order wrong and all they had to do was take one drink off of my order, the lady had so much attitude and didn’t want to accept that she got my order wrong. I’m asking employees like her to fix their attitude and be more professional, please.
Then they asked me to pull over to the right and made me wait for more than 15 additional minutes. And they still missed one of the fries. The fries I got were also not well-cooked. Finally, I was so tired of waiting and their unprofessional behavior when I was being so respectful and patient with them in return, so I just left. They said they didn’t charge me for that fries that I didn’t get but after I got home and looked at my receipt they charged me for a fry and a medium lemonade that I didn’t get (they also told me they had returned my money for the lemonade but they hadn’t). I was also charged for the medium size of the lemonade but got a small one. They also put 6 ketchup packs and 6 mayonnaise packs for each sandwich on my receipt but I actually got none! Can you believe it! This is a fraud! No matter how small it is or if it was unintentional (it was definitely due to their negligence, they need to care only a little bit and take their job seriously just a bit). I’m telling you guys to check your receipt for extra stuff you didn’t get.
This was a constructive criticism, I hope it will be heard because I really like the sandwiches but I hate their horrible customer service, employees’ unprofessional behavior, and the long wait time in the drive-thru.

Every time I come to this location, they are very slow in the drive through. Ordered onion rings and got fries. I ordered extra sauces, and I got none. After asking for the items I wanted, they still didn’t put the right sauces in again. I finally just left with what I had. Got to do better than this!

Waited twenty minutes for a mobile app order. Forgot my milkshake that I used for free points. Had to wait for that. Then when I get it, it's a small, and it's chocolate milk. You people should care just a little bit more about your service and products. I won't be coming back here and will definitely tell others not to either. Threw the "chocolate milk" that was supposed to be my Free milkshake away. Guess what Burger King employees, you add ice cream to make milkshakes

I came there around 11 pm last night and order a cheeseburger and fries while waiting at the window for the food I’m looking at this girl with no gloves using cleaning solution wiping things off And then she proceeds to go get my food with those same hands that she clean up with not putting on any gloves, putting her hand inside my bag where the food is going and putting her hand inside the fries bag to open it up so I just left and didn’t get my food because this is just nasty and what if i didn’t see her and ate that and got sick
