The folks at this location are always friendly, even the sweet guy at the drive-thru windows that barely talks 🤣. We always use the app to order ahead and our food is right and hot every time, unlike other locations that we used to visit.

Ordered on app and still sit in drive thru for 25 minutes waiting to get food while 2 people are outside smoking and a line around the building. Lady in drive thru was very nice but complaining about people having attitudes.

It makes me feel so sad that there only a few they take me at work serious. I ordered the Burger King bacon meal got my food. Wrong size didn’t have no bacon on the burger. Food was cold. Waited half an hour. I was really upset. I look forward to this meal. I’m a big fan of Burger King and it saddens me to see if they turned that this Burger King has taken. Hopefully they can get their stuff together because I don’t wanna see another Burger King shut down.

Waited in the drive thru for more than 30 minutes when there were only a handful of cars in front of us. Got to the window and the three employees seemed very disorganized and not at all interested in hurrying despite a long drive thru line behind us. Couldn't find our order for a long time.

I don't know if they changed employees but last night I went to drive thru and the lady there was very nice, she had a great attitude and the service was very fast.Ive went there previous times and had to wait forever with bad service I'm really hoping they got a new crew because the people who were working there last night were very quick and happy

There is some type of nasty dirty moldy stuff floating in my strawberry lemonade, my chicken fries are cold and I had to wait. Thankfully I waited till I got home prior to inserting my straw.

Absolutely dissatisfied in the service that I’ve received. I placed and ordered that was prepared incorrectly and when I notified them about it, there was an additional wait time of 15-20 mins before I went up there to ask about it, and they forgot about my order. Too much confusion in this unorganized restaurant!

I've always liked the food at Burger King, I just have an issue with service. It's slow, most of the time including this time they don't get my food correct. Personal opinion but mayo shouldn't be on any burger and I always hold it off and it always makes it on my burger.

Food was garbage. Nuggets were like rocks, fries were crunchy and brown, the burger was ok except the bread wasn't toasted. It never cease to amaze me what people will serve to a guest. Unbelievable. So, no I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone and no I will not eat there again. Yes, I am getting a refund when I call corporate. Tired of my money being wasted .👎😡

At 12:48p.m. on Saturday August 16th 2025, I had the pleasure of being thoroughly taken care at the drive-thru by the awesome team at N.Church St location from start to finish it was a pleasurable experience. After I received my no.5 medium meal, I parked in the Burger King parking lot to eat my meal. I enjoyed my HOT fries (with ketchup and mayo that the team member gave me with no push back which was refreshing), the HOT, flame broiled double cheeseburger was perfection. I made the decision that management had to know about the experience. I walked into establishment which was clean. I was welcomed by an exiting employee and he held the door, I was greeted by the lady cashier and I asked to speak with the manager on duty. She told Charles Long but he was busy on the line which hey take care of the hungry customers like he did my order. I had the absolute pleasure to speak with Lamonte. I told him about the wonderful experience from BK team.
He thanked me and I thanked him. Keep up the fantastic work!!!
If you have a good, great, awesome experience at a restuarant, let them know because most only hear about what went wrong. THIS LOCATION RULES!
