The grilled shrimp I got were delicious. They were a decent size, not baby shrimp. I felt like it was a good value. The broccoli was okay, the fries and the rights were pretty good. The service was excellent. The employees were really friendly and very interactive with the customers. Took a few mins but they grilled my shrimp fresh. I would recommend

Plenty of fried.food. short staffed so had to wait. Overall not too bad for the price.

Good sandwich... after they made it 3 times. The cashier put the order in wrong because she was trying to do counter orders and drive thru orders at the same time. So I sent it back and she put it in wrong again... usually they're good but this time was terrible.

Wouldn't waste a dime and or time here. Lemonade tasted like water. The Cashier named Rhonda had the worst attitude I've ever experienced in food services. Food was horrible!

Was asked to pull forward at the drive thru and it would be 2 minutes for the whitefish. After a 10 minute wait, I asked the lady in the car in front of me and she agreed it was supposed to be 2 minutes. I went inside and the cashier claimed we were told 10-15 minutes. We waited an additional 10 minutes and still no food. Four cars behind me got their order and left. I went inside and asked the cashier for my money back. She called a lady from out back and the first thing she said when she walked out was " I dont need any attitude". I told her that she has not seen my attitude and to give me my money back. Never apologized she turned her back and walked away. I shouted out to her "I appreciate your apology and I will never be back". This store has employees with horrible attitudes. In there for just a job, no customer appreciation at all. I would think management would surprised how they treat customers. Never again and I plan on telling all my friends! I am 66 years old so I am not some punk trying to get someone in trouble.

Staff was kind and friendly and the service was fast. Other than that, I didn't The restaurant itself wasn't very clean or in good repair. I ordered the fish snack and although the fish was hot and crisp on the outside - I'm not sure what kind of fish it was. It was watery and soggy like Pollack.

They were tempered, rude and short staff. We waited 30 minutes and probably would have waited another 30 minutes for food. Corporate needs to get their hands on this place! Worst service EVER! Will not be coming back!

It's fair food is reasonably good. Place gas been there for years it good use some improvements. The crew are really nice.Its good enough for me I like there fantail shrimp.

I hate restaurants that think it's okay to shortchange customers by serving cold stale fries. I paid for those. I bought 3 meals today (4/29/18) around 2:40 pm and all the fries were cold and stale. Can't say I'm surprised.

This is the third time I've "tried" to order at this Captain D's. About once a year I say to myself, "Just give 'em one more try". Many people waiting for orders inside when I arrived. Good thing. Placed my order to go. Good thing. After about five minutes, I see the customers going to the counter and asking about their order. All kinds of confusions. They all asked for refunds and left. Not good. This continued time and time again. Once in a while they would call a number and give the food to a customer still there. After thirty five minutes of my waiting, I noticed numbers being called that were after my number. Not good. I went to the counter to ask where my order was and why were higher numbers being called. She asked to see my receipt and proceeded to check on it. They put it into another customers take out! NOT good! Asked for my refund as well and left. Three strikes and you're out! Never again. Good thing!
