False advertising. Holiday Mocha pictured with whipped topping. The drink looked like regular ice coffee. When I asked if it came with whipped topped the worker just said “no”.

As an Alaskan, I enjoyed the decor. Good mix of Alaskan feel and modern coffee house, which is a thing in the Anchorage/MatSu area. Friendly staff who could speak knowledgeably about light and dark roasts. Bonus points for having a tasty light roast. Coming back.

The coffee was good but they were completely out of chai. I did not have any food. They don't have a military daccount.And for getting just 2 beverages.I spent more than I thought it would cost
Don't you dare talk bad about our Caribou location. Been going a few months. LOVE IT! Never have the workers made us feel like a bother. Every time they're always kind & smiling. Only tried a few food items. Not too bad, definitely wanting to try more. Never had an issue, even when we got a drink mix up. Not sure if we just said the wrong thing or what, but we were prepared to jus get a whole new drink(we always get XL). We apologized for being that person. NOPE, lemme tell you how SWEET these folks are, We got a remake AND No Charge! The gentleman behind the counter even was sweet enough to take the other coffee away! We always tip them for their work & will chose Caribou over Starshmucks any day. Thank you Burlington Caribou for your hard work & making our morning sweet treats after the gym possible

Opening almost a month now and when I say I enjoy coming here for the food, the service and the people who work there! They are so fun and the atmosphere is great too. Every drink or meal I’ve had so far has been delicious. (It’s 9/17: update) and the pumpkin hai latte is delicious) ⭐️
