I am writing to commend the outstanding service provided by Manager Carson S. during my recent visit to your location at Garden Road, Burlington, NC 27215. Despite my sandwich being initially incorrect, Carson promptly addressed and resolved the issue. He remained calm, cheerful, and professional throughout the entire process, all while maintaining a smile on his face.
Carson's excellent attitude and efficient problem-solving skills turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. His courteous and happy demeanor made a significant difference, and I truly appreciate his dedication to customer satisfaction.

First of all, worst manager personality that I've ever encountered today (at lunch)... & my husband & I own a business, plus I have personally managed 3 different companies. I know people have bad days, but she clearly needs to do better instead of yelling from the pickup window, "We don't give out empty bowls"!!! Really? All we wanted was 1 empty bowl with our already overpriced $25.08 food (for our two sons). Plus, both of our local Chick-fil-A franchises give us an empty bowl when needed. Not only that, when placing our order with Abigail, we specified that we'd like 4 Chick-fil-A sauces & 1 Ranch sauce. When we received our food (& then was distracted by the manager), we forgot to check our bag/food. In our bag was NO sauces, NO napkins & NO fork for the Mac 'n Cheese. Good job for the Manager: instead of yelling to customers, maybe start checking bags for correct orders. Win- win for everyone.
The food and service was good
But the puddle on the floor was a lawsuit waiting to happen
I was there for at least 30 minutes and know one attempted to clean it up or put any caution markers

I had a great experience at Chick-fil-A! My food was fresh, delicious, and exactly what I ordered. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The girl who handed me my food was incredibly kind and took the time to have a genuinely pleasant conversation with me.
It’s not every day you encounter such friendly and attentive service, and it made my visit all the more enjoyable. Big thanks to the team at this location—I’ll definitely be coming back!
