Is there a reason yall skimp on sauce? I ordered 1 chick fil a sauce and 1 polynesian sauce (I want 2 of each but the app won’t let me select it) on the app. The drive thru worker asked if i wanted to add anything and I said yes can you ADD an extra chick fil a & polynesian sauce….. Why is there one of each in my bag? Where is the communication? I don’t understand why this always happens. Just give us the sauce we ask for please.

I was in the drive thru at 7:15a this morning. I overheard an employee (Morgan) complaining to her coworker that she “hated the 12-days of chic-fil-a”. All the excessive customers and their requests! Well as a customer, I appreciate the freebies. What she should understand is that if a customer gets a free item, they are most likely going to purchase more items with that. It’s about customer service, sales and inventory turns.
I didn’t appreciate her comments and I feel she requires more training and she should learn about economics at that fancy university she’s in town to attend on her daddy’s money.

I’m highly disappointed in my experience at the chick fil a on Huffman mill. I went to today about 8 minutes before breakfast was ending according to the app. When I went to the drive thru I was approached by a worker who seemed as if she didn’t want to be there. She slowly moved from car to car. When she got to mine it was approximately 1025. I asked can I please get a lunch order. I was denied to place a lunch order. I was told it’s not lunch time. I stated on the app it says breakfast is over in 5 minutes why can’t I get lunch. She just stood there. Then I said I’ll just get out the line. She didn’t say anything and proceeded to prop her self against the rail. I proceeded to the chick fil a on university and was able to order my lunch with no problem. Just rude. These young ppl these days are rude. What happened to the old chick fil a customer service. Bring it back!!!!

Make sure if you want multiple packets of sauce or salad dressing to open your bag and see it is in there. I need 2 salad dressing and 6 Polynesian sauces. Drove home 20 miles to discover 1 of each. Edit...no salad dressing at all!! Lunch is dry and bland. Salad is brown and 1 dressing won't hide it. Saving my money for another restaurant. This one cheaps out on the good stuff. Want our return business? Fix this to my satisfaction.

We went through the drive-through and had a mobile order and we watched the employee LUCIA Stand at the doorway with our food and we were next in line… I’m not sure what the purpose of the drive ups for Chick-fil-A in the walk outs are if they don’t walk the food out and she literally was standing there cutting up with other team members not doing anything… When confronted, she tried to say that she was helping someone no she was standing there propped against the wall. She became very defensive and no apology was offered!! Wouldn’t expect this from a Chick-fil-A employee - clearly training needs to happen with this location!! She also had a bad attitude and tried to act really snotty!! I cannot believe this is allowed and tolerated at this location. Definitely unacceptable.

This is not the first time I paid for an item and did not get it.
Today I received a salad with no dressing and was not asked if I even needed the dressing. I also did not get a straw for my milkshake. Went home and drove 15 minutes back without even a sorry! Ugh!

Placed an online order 20+ minutes before closing only to arrive and have them tell me they couldn’t make my milkshake because they had already shut down the machine. Now why would you do that before closing time? Is that protocol if so it definitely needs to be changed, this is outrageous. Not to mention the chicken was grisly as all get out which made the experience even more disappointing.
