We waited an ungodly amount of time for two burgers. My husband and I wished we had timed it, but I know it was at least 50 minutes (they weren’t that busy on a Thursday evening). The staff were friendly. Our server checked on us a once or twice, but never acknowledged why our food was taking so long?The burgers finally arrived and seemed like they had been under the heat lamp for a while- bun was soggy, pickles and tomatoes were HOT, and the cheese looked like plastic. Overall pretty disappointing for $50+tip.We were definitely reminded why we never go to restaurants like Chili’s.

I got my food to go and checked in at 5:45pm. By 6:05pm, my food had not come out. I went in and was told they didn’t get my check-in. I will always pay good money for great customer service but it wasn’t worth it this time.

Called and gave explicit directions for a to-go order and the kitchen completely ignored it. $30 for two burgers to have to wait for the order to be made over again? Fail.

The Kings and The Queens
We were seated at a table and waited 45 minutes before paying for our drinks & walking out. This entire visit was a disaster. The waiter walked by several times and never communicated what was going on nor apologized for the wait. We didn’t order steak or anything that took any real effort to plate. Nothing justifies waiting 45 minutes to receive your meal. It doesn’t take that long to drop fries or heat up frozen prepackaged food. Had we stayed our tab would have been $130 plus a 25% tip. If I were the waiter I would have apologized for the wait which would have only taken a few seconds and/ or offered a cheap appetizer of chips and salsa to secure the tab and to appear to care. It wasn’t a busy night or a full house
