Chipotle Mexican Grill

I wish there was another Chipotle in our county because I would definitely opt to go to that one instead.

Staff are chill. Good food. Can't complain

I had a terrible service at this location very rude and disrespectful. I asked for a honey chipotle burrito, and those preparing the food gave me not even half the scoop for 12 dollars and said another scoop would be considered double 🤔 when you barely scoop and i can see more sliver wear then chicken thats a problem then i proceed to ask the price which wasn't given and ask for name as the casher gentlemen had no name tag or no acknowledgement of me being there ill take my bussiness else where as there are plenty of places that need my money they just slap the burrito together having sauce even on the outside all they were gonna do is wrap it with another one anyone should be embarrassed to eat here worst servicd ever.

Place is trashed … they are out of just about everything including the nationally advertised protein. Not a clean table in sight and waste all over the floor. It’s the blind leading the blind behind the counter.

This restaurant would get more stars but the reason I’m scoring low is because it’s a shame the amt of vinaigrette they put in this cup and when you ask for extra they want to charge you $1.40 for the half cup. A jump from the .$60 I was charged for it before when I requested an extra one that I refused to pay for and asked for a refund. Also, they are always out of the veggies most days at least each visit I attend.

The most unprofessional Chipotle smh. How does the sign on the door say open at 10:45am but the doors are still locked and multiple customers are waiting to come in at 11? Bad business. Won't be returning to this location.

I would recommend to re-train the manager and staff, attitude is on top of the roof

For you vegetarians out there. I watched a lady use the same thermometer she used to check the meat temperature on all ingredients that follow after. Like the pico, cheese, and even the lettuce, without properly cleaning the thermometer. So. Yeah.

The food is always good I have no complaints. The service is super slow, it’s insane. Waited 45 for a burrito and a drink for pick up and I ordered over a hour ahead. I came once before the manager short lady was screaming at the girl cause she was grabbing the trash and not dragging the trash can to the back and I’m mean screaming so loud I was embarrassed so I pulled the girl to the side and tipped her and told her that is not how you are suppose to be treated. I try not to drive to the other chipotle cause this one is closer but I’m okay with the extra 5 minutes if this is how you treat customers and employees.

I really like Chipotle and when i got expect to get my monies worth. The portion is not equivalent to the price you pay. I ordered guacamole and the guy scooped out more than the put in the little cup and i had to tell him to tap it down. It is not worth the price. When I got home to have dinner I ate over half of my bowl before I had any meat all the sour cream was on one end. I ordered extra cheese dip and the little cup was only half full this place is a rip off.

The worst chipotle ever. They are supposed to be open til 11. When u walk in before 10 they look at you like crazy. The guy in the cashier is yelling what they dont have ingredient wise so it had a vibe to tell you not to go. They start to mop the floors at 9:30 pm and put all the chairs up so nobody can dine inside the restaurant. Very awful. And tonight aside from the ingredients that is not available they wont even give u fork and tell u they only have spoon. No good energy all lazy.. to the owner or franchisee u need serious evaluation of your restaurant. Serious.
