Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’m disappointed because, YET AGAIN, this chipotle has messed up my order. They always happen to completely switch my order with someone else’s. The chicken is also often chewy and rubbery. Do better. I just wanna eat chipotle.

The store atmosphere was hectic. There were flies around the food and one landed on a woman's burrito before it was completed. They didn't have chips. The chip machine was broken. I won't return to this Chipotle.🙁

Really bad Chipotle. Very light on all of the portions, didn't have fruit or chips for our kids meal, and forgot to add salsa on my pickup order.

This has been around burlington for nearly 5 years… and always stingy with portions and work. Came in at 9:20 and said they would not be making anymore white rice (they close at 11:00) Nearly 2 hours before close and unwilling to make rice. mean while in the to-go pick up just put a fresh pot of it down. Saying that that’s the only rice they will use the rest of the night? or was it because you don’t want to make any?? Cava would never and they have better portions and more options! Nothing but nonsense at this location for YEARS!! Lazy staff and not to mention they can’t keep a staff longer than a month. Horrible turn over rate. Sad sad sad

Last time I was there my serving sizes were perfect and so we're the employees. I have never been so satisfied. Think her name was TruLinda she was awesome

The employees need to have an attitude adjustment. Straight up nasty.

When i went to Chipotle today I'm was an okay experience.. The lady fixing my bowl was taking her sweet time and not very pleasant.. The guy who rang up my order did not say anything to me. He had an earpiece in his ear and was on the phone complaining about something to somebody. The food was good but the portion was much smaller than it has been in the past.. overall it was okay. Just definitely not the best experience I've ever had

I wish there was another Chipotle in our county because I would definitely opt to go to that one instead.

I had a terrible service at this location very rude and disrespectful. I asked for a honey chipotle burrito, and those preparing the food gave me not even half the scoop for 12 dollars and said another scoop would be considered double 🤔 when you barely scoop and i can see more sliver wear then chicken thats a problem then i proceed to ask the price which wasn't given and ask for name as the casher gentlemen had no name tag or no acknowledgement of me being there ill take my bussiness else where as there are plenty of places that need my money they just slap the burrito together having sauce even on the outside all they were gonna do is wrap it with another one anyone should be embarrassed to eat here worst servicd ever.

Place is trashed … they are out of just about everything including the nationally advertised protein. Not a clean table in sight and waste all over the floor. It’s the blind leading the blind behind the counter.

This restaurant would get more stars but the reason I’m scoring low is because it’s a shame the amt of vinaigrette they put in this cup and when you ask for extra they want to charge you $1.40 for the half cup. A jump from the .$60 I was charged for it before when I requested an extra one that I refused to pay for and asked for a refund. Also, they are always out of the veggies most days at least each visit I attend.

The most unprofessional Chipotle smh. How does the sign on the door say open at 10:45am but the doors are still locked and multiple customers are waiting to come in at 11? Bad business. Won't be returning to this location.
