I strongly advise against visiting this Chipotle store in Burlington. Despite being a loyal customer for many years and enjoying Chipotle’s food nationwide, this particular location was a complete disappointment. The barbacoa meat was so grass in just one piece and unappetizing that I requested add an extra piece of meat in good condition to my plate. To make matters worse, the manager refused to accommodate my request. It was the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

I went to this Chipotle recently and the experience wasn’t the best. The place was a bit messy, and the staff behind the line were moving really slow with the food. The lady at the cash register took a long time to ring everything up, and she didn’t seem to know how to pack the order properly. When we got home, the food had spilled right out of the bag. The food itself was alright, but the overall service definitely needs improvement.

Im hoping corporate or someone of higher position sees this. I mobile order my chipotle every time and am greeted by the same guy on to-go. He needs an attitude adjustment as someone like myself who is simply just attempting to get some lunch, i ordered chips with my meal, they were not in the bag so i went back and politely asked for my chips.. the to-go guy rudely stated i needed to repurchase a bag of chips. Im sorry its just not worth my time to sit and argue after i had already grabbed my order went to my car and revealed missing items. Im not going to repurchase what i already had paid for. I understand working fast food may not be enjoyable but it doesnt give an excuse for a grown man to snap and scowl at me over some chips. Previously i had gone in a week ago and was greeted by the same guy and wouldnt give me my order until i went back to my car grab my phone and showed proof of payment. Now its not what you say its everything in HOW you say it. I really hope management can get ahold of this issue, i should not be leaving chipotle annoyed. Again i understand there may be protocols in place but theres absolutely no excuse to be greeted with smug looks, rolled eyes, and blatant disrespect. The customer service needs some support.

What kind of restaurant leaves their customers to stand outside after 10:45 like those aren’t THEIR hours every week? Also I’m tired of going in there and the workers visibly being annoyed that we are there ordering food like that isn’t their job. Also not one greeting or even apology to any of the customers that they had standing outside in the cold waiting. Idk why they can’t at the very least open the doors on time so customers can wait inside instead of outside. Last, consistently not opening on time is showing irresponsibility, seems like they need to get there earlier to actually open on time.

This location is undoubtedly one of the most underwhelming destinations to visit. The establishment consistently fails to open on schedule. Upon arrival, patrons are frequently met with discourteous treatment. The cuisine is subpar. The premises are often in a state of disarray. The standards of service have reached an all-time low. It is perplexing that, having placed an order for preparation upon opening, I was unable to enter the restaurant 25 minutes after the scheduled opening time. Furthermore, when attempting to contact a staff member to inquire about the issue, I was informed that I could not enter the premises without a valid reason. I have endeavored to escalate this matter to a supervisor or manager, and potentially even the corporate office, but unfortunately, my efforts have been unsuccessful. If possible, I would assign a rating of zero stars.

Shouldn’t take an hour and a half to get mobile order food. The short girl was incredibly unhelpful while the staff around her were working their butts off, she just stood there. Unpleasant attitude. Charging for an extra vinaigrette when I’ve just waited for over an hour??? If I were her coworkers, I would quit before working another dinner rush with her.

Shout out to the guy that was supposed to be on the grill but was helping on mobile orders 20/10
