The young man working had a very nasty attitude, throwing our food together any ole kinda way and my steak was leatherlike!!! Very disappointing being this is my favorite resturant!
The food here is unmatched, however I would only recommend if you come here every once in awhile, not frequently. The staff is quite rude, they let a homeless guy sit out front and ask for money, and their rules about pricing is always different. I've been here probably 20 times. 1 time they wanted to charge me extra for double cheese, another time they charged me $1.60 for a water cup another time they wouldn't let me get water at all (the ice machine doesn't work...
This location is by far one of the worst I’ve been to. Service is slow, they never have food prepared, and the employees fuss at each other in front of customers. And the trash outside the door???????? I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or what but the owners need to consider some restructuring and retraining. With the new cava down the street something needs to change or they might not be open too much longer.
