Cielito had AMAZING food. This is hands down one of the best, if not the best, Mexican restaurant in the area. The service is fast and fun and the food is flavorful! The atmosphere is SO fun, but it is very loud. We have to eat outside to be able to hear each other. If you want to go with family and parents, recommend getting to go food and eating at home. Totally worth going, just more of a party restaurant than one for a quiet meal.

Share your food! I eat a lot, and hadn't ate since breakfast when I came in. Portions are a way bigger than you expect. You'll save money and still go home full. That's not even including chips and salsa that you snack on before the meal
The food is really good 8/10 only a few places I've had better.
The cocktails are strong, unlike every other restaurant I've been at, the drinks here are bang for buck even if they look like they cost more.

This place is very underrated. I don't think there is anywhere in Burlington that is comparable. While the price can be high, the amount of food you get per dish is fantastic. Anything from their ACP or Fajita section has absolutely no filler and delivers everything that the menu says it does. While there may be some low star reviews because of some past inconsistencies, I haven't experienced anything of the sort eating here multiple times in the past 3 months (two dine-in, two take-out).
Food was very delicious, a little on the expensive side but also it is well served so you get what you pay for. The service was ok they had to switch 3 times before we got the right server. Servers are very helpful and atmosphere is like I expected. Good job
