This restaurant has an incredible atmosphere and great food! Nancy was an attentive waitress and the experience was great overall! Loved the homemade corn tortillas too!

Fui like two months ago to celebrate my birthday ‘cause everybody kept telling me this place was sooo good. The food was honestly delicious, we all ordered differentes bebidas besides the aguas our waitress brought us she was super nice, even recommended some dishes and drinks, and everything came out perfect. she even joked a bit saying maybe the manager would come check on us ‘cause he’s kinda strict with her 😂. Hoy volví a ir al cumpleaños de mi amiga que yo le recomendé el restaurante and we ordered the same shaker we got last time y did it have mezcal?? we never asked for mezcal, so I really hope we didn’t get charged extra for that. los baños con el piso horrible y sin papel, The tacos came out greasy, and all the sides were mixed together, igual que los platos. We asked for spoons and it literally took like 10 minutes to get them. Como el servicio really drop that much in two months? last time the manager came to our table a couple times just like the waitress said y ahora the only time I saw him was at another table handling a problem with such an incompetent attitude that I honestly didn’t even wanna ruin my friend’s birthday saying anything solo jamás volveré a poner mi pie ahí otra vez, now I totally get why I didn’t see half of the servers que estaban la vez pasada i been in the restaurant game por años y desde las mesas se ve que necesitan a más personal

When ordering pickup over the phone I originally ordered the grilled chicken bowl, but then decided to clarify the difference between the chicken tinga bowl and the grilled chicken bowl. The woman on the phone explained to me chicken tinga was shredded chicken and well the grilled chicken bowl was grilled chicken. I then told her I don’t like shredded chicken so I’ll do the grilled chicken bowl. Well…when I got there they had given me a shredded chicken bowl. I told the woman that I ordered the grilled chicken bowl when she responded in Spanish to the lady next to her to have her translate that I didn’t order the grilled chicken bowl and ordered the shredded chicken. She kept disagreeing with me in Spanish.
THEN a manager I had never seen in there came to the front and told me that I told the woman on the phone I wanted the chicken tinga bowl which is crazy that they kept trying to argue with me when it was obviously a miscommunication on their end. The manager told me he would fix it, but next time make sure I order the right bowl which I thought was very passive aggressive and rude. I WILL NOT BE BACK AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE!

Such a wonderful restaurant! The food is absolutely phenomenal, the atmosphere is gorgeous and the service is fantastic! I love coming here and can’t wait to bring my friends!
Food and drinks were delicious! Service was fairly good, our server got a little busy towards the end of our meal and was a little slow bringing the checks but other than that it was great. Definitely the place to go to celebrate a birthday!! It is pretty loud so be prepared for that!

Generally good food. Had street tacos al pastor and steak. Unfortunately, compared to previous experience the food is now lacking in authentic flavor. No sauces with the tacos.
Please head back to your roots and stop catering for a specific crowd.
THE MUSIC IS LOUD!!!!!!!! Don't expect to have a conversation here, it's about driving drink sales up and moving people out faster.

Food was pretty good but the service is so bad. Our waitress barely came by the table to check on us we had to call her over every time we needed something. We had a party of 6. Also they don’t let you know this AT ALL before hand but if you go to eat at a certain time they charge you a “late night service fee” which is 20% of your bill. When I asked for a explanation of why my bill was $12 more than it should have been all she kept saying was “your bill already been paid” I wasn’t asking that I was asking for some sort of receipt. Also they bring a little handheld kiosk to your table for checkout and nowhere on there is the late night fee listed, it’s only on the receipt which you have to demand apparently. Food was pretty good but definitely won’t be back because of the terrible service.

We chose this restaurant for a birthday dinner with 10 people, but the service was a huge issue. Our initial drinks were so sweet they were undrinkable. It took 45 minutes to see our waitress again (after asking for a menu), and even then, I had to ask a food runner to find her. I ended up going to the bar myself to order. The waitress refused to refund the original drinks, and the remade version was just soda water added. We ordered new drinks, but the slow and inattentive service really impacted our experience. Very unfortunate experience because this restaurant has potential!
