If I could give a -1 I would. The lady at the speaker was rude and rushing. She told me my total twice before I was even finished ordering. I wanted the cookout tray she rang it all up separate and still didn’t get it right. If she would slow down. I ordered a Cajun fry (which I got plain with no salt or anything) so I went back and as soon as I got to the window to say something she was rude once again talking about “I can’t hear you” with an attitude (I have the flu I can’t really scream).

Huffman mill rd is the cookout my family uses. Even then the ordering through the speaker can be tricky. I am ordering for 5 though, so understand some issues. Otherwise, a great location.

It's cool, only drive through so expect that obviously. It's quick the people are fast and the two lines works wonders. However if you go in and decide you don't want it you are stuck in line. Needs an exit.

They forgot straws, utensils,and napkins, either ask or double check the bag.
This specific cookout always manages to screw orders up. You tell them a burger and end up with a chicken sandwich or a BBQ sandwich. Sides will probably be right. Normally, I am not one to complain, but this isn't the first nor second time this has happened to me at this location. If you get a shake, they are also horrible about actually mixing it. So if you don't see the ingredients that are supposed to be in the shake they are more than likely at the bottom. And I do realize how busy Cookout tends to get. My friend goes to the same one at least twice a week. Can't even count how many times the same has happened to him.

I purchased a banana pudding milkshske. They gave me a vanilla milkshake with 1 cookie. This is my last visit for anythi.g from the cookout. I'm trying to find to see if theres a corporate. This is horrible and so is the vanilla i ecream
Went to the cookout on Huffman Mill road and ordered my usual grilled cheese and coke float. Out of all coke products so I ordered my grill cheese. I got an ungrilled with unmelted cheese and a huge piece of lettuce. I asked them to grill it like it always comes and they told me it's their policy not to grill the grilled cheese..lord. I go to the Winston Salem location also and they grill it there, hence the name "grilled cheese. I believe they did this want to do it because they were busy. The food was not good.
