Waitress was very rude to my husband when asking for more tea and go box.. she stated " I get you when I can". Not sure why she had a group of 3 tables w out help. When food came out I had only sm bowl of pinto and stated no chicken dumplings for 20 minutes? I told her I didn't want anything but then came back w another pinto that looked better than what she brought out.
We'll be back but I will not have her wait on us! Wish I had taken a pic of my plate...

Food was Great, customer service was great however the wait For receiving the food was around 30 minutes. Too long considering there was hardly anyone in the restaurant

The food took forever to come out and was cold, but we were traveling with children and starving so we just ate it as is. The service was extremely slow. It took at least 20 mins just to get drinks alone. As for the atmosphere, it smelled like the fireplace wasn't venting properly and smelled terribly smoky. Not a good experience at all... Cracker Barrel you can do better!

Server was great. Service was great. The chicken, which I have ordered before at another location and was delicious there, this time sas was tough, dry & over cooked- almost not fit to eat.

food was reheated and crusted tough. Waitress did not tell us the plates and syrup for pancakes bottle SO HOT..if not sat down on table quickly when took skin off our fingers.

Vegetarian options: Yes!! we were decisions about getting up and leaving go to next door, Bojangles after waiting 40 minutes before coming to our table. Coffee was refilled 5 cups over & over waitress saying" it's on the way soon"

Dietary restrictions: re-heated and crusty food like prepared last night not healthy

Parking: we told waitress about our food..no reply answer. The bacon was not cooked-she did take it back but not dollars removed from our ticket. She served as she was not related and scared.

When we go to cracker barrel, we go for the atmosphere, especially during the Christmas season. Everyone that works here is attentive and friendly. The food is consistently great especially the pancakes.
