I am also originally from WI. I was glad to see it her in NC. Friendly staff great food and custard! I still am amazed how big their family sized fries for only 6 bucks.

We just stopped in for dessert; some frozen custard concrete mixers. We don't have a Culver close to us, yet, and just love the different flavors you can get. We not only got our concrete mixers but we brought some pints of different flavored frozen custard. They are just SO good.

Culver's is what fast food used to be 30 years ago. Fresh meat, fresh buns, quality ingredients. All fixed quick by people who greeted you, said sir or ma'am, then sent you out the door with a smile.

This is new so I wanted to try it out, overall it was OK. It was pretty good food and it wasn’t bad, but nothing like spectacular. It feels very similar to a generic burger joint. Not to say that is bad, but it’s not a five star would definitely do this again sort of place. On top of that, we ordered drinks and just never got them. The shakes or frozen custards do not stay frozen or cold for very long so keep that in mind if you order them.

Why do restaurants value the company they give money over paying customers? The customer experience should be more important than your drive through times. I should not be asked to pull forward when no one is behind me. There were 5 cars ahead of me asked to pull forward to wait on their food. I then got to wait on all the cars ahead of I’s food to be prepared for 30 mins after I ordered.
I have done several pick up orders here and have always provided the customer name. I went in today and was told they needed to see my door dash app for customer info. Not sure what policy is but everyone needs to be consistent on how they handle pick up orders. It felt as if I wasn't being trusted despite checking in on the app and providing customer info. I don't think I'd try this place any time soon.

Finally got to try culver’s as someone who lives in Maryland. The curder burger was amazing, just insanely rich! The pretzel bites and fries were delish, but the onion rings were just meh. Service was great. Next time I am in a state that has them, I will definitely be returning to Culver’s!
