Asked for a kiwi strawberry freeze and got a slushie. The drive thru lady said this was a freeze. No a freeze has ice cream in it.

Ordered through the drive through and the employee that took our order had an attitude and I guess she thought she was off the microphone but she exclaimed “oh my god!!” As we were driving away. As we were paying she seemed to not want to be there. The food however was good and our order was correct except my husband found a hair on his spoon for his blizzard.

Ordered a deluxe stackburger combo. After paying I learned that they had no tea, no Dr. Pepper and no Coke. I do not like Diet Coke, Sprite or Root Beer. They did not offer to give a discount for not having a drink, since I left with a cup with no drink. When I got home a couple of minutes later, I discovered that the fries were cold and stale and the deluxe stackburger had no lettuce. Maybe they were out of lettuce as well, just did not mention it. I would only recommend getting Blizzards at Dairy Queen.

I order a chicken sandwich with nothing on it but the chicken and the buns but some how they messed it up and put mayo on it (which I can’t eat) so i say to myself maybe someone just forgot and ordered another the same things on it just the bun and chicken but then AGAIN THEY PUT MAYO ON IT MAKING ME COMPLETELY WASTE MY TIME AND MONEY JUST CAUSE THEY COULDN’T UNDERSTAND NOT TO PUT MAYO !!!!!!

I've been waiting for over 20 minutes for 2 small blizzards. Terrible service.
Stopped by there today on the way home from Raleigh. It's been years since I've been to a dairy queen, and I should've stayed away. My mom wanted a salad, only one they had was a crispy chicken salad, I ordered the chicken tenders. Tables and floors were dirty. Her salad was discolored and looked awful. My chicken tenders and French fries were freshly made, but the tenders were so tiny. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Horrible experience. Soda machine was infested with ants, no ice was flat. Floor abd tables were filthy.

It's a shame that the service is so poor here and that management clearly has no regard to their employees behavior. Tonight one employee spent time chatting at the speaker with the person who placed an order because they obviously knew one another and then she hung out of the window chatting again when they got to the window to get their food. From the conversation I'm pretty sure the person in the car worked there because they talked about seeing one another tomorrow but she said she wasn't working tomorrow and continued to laugh and carry on for over five minutes. I took a video and blew the horn. I spoke to the manager as well but she just made an excuse that she was just answering questions of the person who had ordered. That might be believable had I not been able to hear the loud conversation. If managers don't hold employees accountable whose really at fault. Manager I believe is Ashley, Jeremy's name was yelled from the car so he must have been in there somewhere chatting and unfortunately I didn't get the name of the girl hanging out the window because to my surprise, she didn't seem to want to wait on me at the window though clearly she is so good at it.

Bought (Hotdogs) & (Dipped Ice Cream Cones) Food here for the first time inside. Usually just get desserts only or drinks at the Drive-Thru. My daughter loves Hotdogs but was not impressed with theirs. It was the chili. I didn't get to taste it but if she didn't like it then it must've been nasty to her. New employee Kenny, greeted us with a wide smile. I made him a little nervous trying to test his customer service skills, he'll get there if he stays long enough Then I forgot the guy that make the cones name but he hooked me up with a beautiful Chocolate dipped cone. I paid with my credit card had I had cash would've tipped my man for the great service.
