Bad experience, I can't believe it now It turns out and highlights that I ordered a pizza and the system just didn't work to finish the ordering process, I honestly can't believe it. They answer you kindly but they are impolite at the same time terrible service they no longer want to sell pizza

The food from this location is so good, but the tracking on the mobile app is ridiculous my order has been 1 minute away for 15 minutes. It doesn’t make any sense

I ordered a thin crust, medium Pizza with chicken, garlic parmesan sauce and onions. I had two little chunks of chicken on it with about three tiny pieces of chicken. It basically looked like a cheese pizza.

I don’t know who hire these ppl to work here but they are rude and very disrespectful without any real customer service skills. I’ve called to place orders not once twice but three times and everytime the service is terrible at this point they should shut this location down cause ain’t no way they making money here their just there to ride the clock collect the hours just to buy weed and smoke on their break!!!!!!! I’ll choose papa John’s from now on they have definitely lost my business completely

How do you put someone food on the porch and leave call and talk to the manager she act like she didn’t care than hung up on me talking about I don’t know what to say to you because she is new ( how don’t you care about paying customers ) never again

Ok ordered a NY Style Pizza & the gave me pan pizza … I called to let them know they sold me the wrong pizza & his response was … it’s all made from the same dough ? …. I WAS SO MAD THAT HE WAS SO NONCHALANT about their mistake … never again because you are supposed to make things right when u mess up ?

I don’t recommend ordering anything from here. 3rd time in a row I was delivered a cold, burnt. “Handmade pan” pizza more like hand tossed. Disgusting. & their excuse is they only have 1 delivery driver. Not sure what that has with the quality of the pizza. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

I placed an order with a 38 minute Delivery time at 12:50 pm , upon calling the store at 1:47pm to see where my order is I was told it just went in the oven, and then hung up on No apologies or concerns given ! Awful Customer service very rude !! needless to say this will be my last order with you guys DO

Whatever you do don't make a MISTAKE on the Dominos App,and not cancel your order even though you thought that you did;because you might make the Manager mad;which may cause him to give you the pizza from the previous day or a burnt,dry,not picked up pizza like we did❗❗ The only reason why some of the pizza was eaten,is because my grandson that's Autistic just loves pizza from Dominos;but as for my daughter and I we both ended up throwing ours in the trash because it tasted old and stale like it had been sitting out. If this is the new way Dominos is doing things I need to find either a new Dominos for my grandson,or find a better Pizza place all together here in what's still a #Sundowntown; I truly feel like this was done on purpose and that our pizza was tempered with. Burlington,NC is a Racist town that has a Racist Confederate statue just about 5miles down the road that the town is proud of;if we had been a caucasin family we would've gotten an apology from the Manager and we definitely would've have gotten a burnt,dry,day old pizza. You be the judge of the pizza for yourself,and determine if you would've enjoyed this hard,day old,burnt pizza;and if you are a native resident;maybe you can recommend a good pizza place preferably an Italian Pizzeria ? cause I'm done with Dominos on Church St for sure ??‍♀?? ❗❗RESTARUNTS OR THE STAFF NEED TO REALIZE THAT FOOD IS TOO EXPENSIVE FOR PLACES TO GIVE YOU SUBPAR FOOD FOR OUTRAGEOUS PRICES, IT'S LIKE WE PAY MORE MONEY FOR FOOD THAT WAS FROZEN and PRECOOKED,THAT'S MADE BY SOMEONE THAT MESSED UP YOUR FOOD BECAUSE THEY CAN'T READ ENGLISH;THEN IT'S THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT DOESN'T EXIST ANYMORE ANYWHERE REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU PAY❗❗Update:4/15/24Well I tried to contact the store and found out from their disrespectful Manager Marco,that he remade our pizza?and that it wasn't burnt and that we got a free pizza??;how was the pizza free when we'd paid for two pizzas but Marco gave us another customers pizza that was half Pepperoni and 1/2 ham? and pineapple?? all we wanted was the correct pizza that we'd paid for❗Like I said THERE IS NO MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE as Marco demonstrated in the phone call I made to find out what the district office's contact information was,but was told that HE REALLY DIDN'T CARE;like I told him I knew that he didn't care cause if he did our food would've been made correctly. I told him that all he had to do was check this review and he'll be able to see that the pizza was burnt,maybe the franchise owner will be able to see the quality that's comes from his location;and maybe find employees that CARE about CUSTOMER SERVICE❗??‍♀

I've never had any issues. A quick convenient option, especially late at night. I always order online and it's ready when I get there. The one time they were late bringing it to my car, I got a free pizza. No issues the few times I've done delivery. Pan pepperoni pizza is my go to!

Really great staff . Food was fresh . The only thing I was mad about is I bought some bread sticks and I was charged for marinara sauce

This is the first time that I have ever had issues with the staff here. I walked in “Jessica” who I was told was the manager was on the phone so I waited in front of the counter patiently at first. She walks off goes to the back comes back to the front & never once acknowledged me or said Hello or can I help you or anything??! Very unprofessional and rude!So I called out to the server “Josh” regarding my order. He was very professional and sweet! He gave me the wrong order at first but when I mentioned it he was very kind & got it right the second time.What really pissed me off was the rude so call “manager” very heavyset Caucasian worn out sloppy looking girl spoke to the Caucasian man who came in after me and greeted him when he entered? I’m still standing at the front counter without a word being spoken to me??!I do not like rude or Racist people at all! You can tell that she is a very miserable person who hates her job! I feel sorry for the workers who have to work in a hostile place like that!Even if you are short staff etc it’s never no need to be RUDE at all to paying customers point blank!!Management/Corporate I see this is an ongoing issue with low reviews at this store.. If you get rid of the nasty so call “ bottom of the barrel Managers” like the one there now you will have a good turn around of profits I’m just saying.Also if you do respond back do provide the number that you can be reached out as all I’m seeing is replies back but no way to get in contact with an actual person….

Rude!!! Unprofessional!! Received wrong order and "Julie" refused to replaced it!! With an attitude!! If this is how you treat customers she should get FIRED!!!! RUDE!!! I paid for it and didn't receive what I paid for!!
