My first time here. The burgers I got here was very good. I took half my plate home and ate the rest the next day!

We went to Drake’s in Burlington last night for Valentine’s Day dinner, and unfortunately it was not a great experience.

The food was good, but the service was terrible. We were seated immediately, which was nice, but our server, Lily, was awful. She took our order — I ordered an alcoholic drink, my boyfriend ordered a Coke, and we both got sushi, nigiri, and dumplings.

After that, we barely saw her. We waited quite a while for our food, and someone else ended up bringing it out. We had no silverware on the table and had to grab some from another table ourselves. Our drinks were empty the whole time, and no one came to check on us or offer refills.

I wanted to order another drink and dessert, but that never happened because we couldn’t find her. When we finished eating, we needed boxes and still had to track her down. She brought us empty to-go cups even though we didn’t have any drinks left. We asked for drinks to go and the check, explaining we were paying in cash.

When she brought our change back, she shorted us $0.69 and didn’t include the receipt. When we asked for it, she had an attitude about it. At that point, we were just ready to leave.

I’ve never had service that bad at Drake’s before. We were very disappointed, especially for Valentine’s Day.

We’ve eaten here probably around 5 to 10 times by now and tonight they were *not* on their game. We got there at 6:52pm, was told 30-35 minute wait. We got sat at 7:45pm and immediately ordered drinks and our food. We waited another 45 minutes for our food and by that point we were frustrated because this had been a 2 hour ordeal so we boxed our food and paid. Once we got home, we realized our order wasn’t fully correct (pickles on burger) and our Mac and cheese was watery.

Overall just so displeased with our experience tonight, I think had our food tasted good I wouldn’t have left a review because obviously it’s a Friday night and they’re busy, i get it

Faith, Faith, Faiiitth. Girl you are heaven sent ! Faith is the most kindhearted, attentive, and caring waitress I’ve ever met. She greeted us with a contagious smile, amazing energy and made sure we were good at all times. The food was great and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming…buttt it’s definitely Faith’s energy that would get us back in the door ! 🫶🏻

Great place for a fast lunch and really interesting menu! I was not expecting to be able to order a sushi role with a sirloin steak.

First time in the area and tried Drakes by googling and liking the menu. Place was packed. Ended up sitting at the bar. Food was great service was not. Bartenders at back bar were very inattentive. If in the area again would not go back due to the service.
