The wait times and order accuracy at this location have been going downhill over recent months. They’re often not staffed well enough to handle the rush hours, and more than once I’ve been handed drinks clearly missing key ingredients. This location needs to fix its management and staffing issues.

They take too long every time I order. This is supposed to be express ordering and it's more like Slow Lane ordering. If you thought Starbucks takes too long, this place takes even longer. It's worth spending an extra dollar for Starbucks to save a few minutes. Their coffee tastes burnt here too. I just order one coffee most times that I come here and they seem to be unable to do it in less than 10 minutes no matter what day or time it is. They need new management BADLY!

Got my drink order completely wrong. Ordered a large iced latte with cinnamon and caramel syrup. Received a medium coffee with ice in it and simple syrup and caramel. Didn't discover it until halfway home. Next time I will drive extra distance to order at the S Church St store that never gets my order wrong.

Food is never hot. Twice now I’ve left with cold food. You’re also stuck waiting in line for 10 mins while staff joke around and speak crudely. I’ll never go back.

What is happening!? I have the SIMPLEST drink order and they couldn’t handle it. Iced americano with half and half and here I am drinking a cup of half and half. Worst coffee EVER!!! What is wrong with this place?!

I placed the online orders and went to pick it up with my fiancé at 5pm, when I tried my drink I didn’t like it, and it didn’t even have cold foam on it:( so my man asked them at the window to plz remake it, and they were SO SWEET! they didn’t let us leave until we liked the new one! Especially the girl working the drive through.. she was amazing! I went to another location, and when I asked them to remake something once they were really rude, so this was nice!

Ordered a large vanilla bean coolata. I got a large iced coffee instead. I took it back to the walk up window and nicely explained that it wasn't what I ordered. The lady argued with me that it was and I even showed her the label on my cup that stated what it was. I ordered the vanilla bean coolata all the time and could clearly tell this contained coffee. All she would say was that it had vanilla it in. She did not offer to remake it or give me a refund so I ended up throwing it in the away in the trash right by her service window. She clearly was irritated that I brought it back.
