Do not come here unless you're willing to wait a very, very long time. Probably understaffed because corporate wants to save a few dollars and keep their yearly bonuses. Terrible wait. I was trying to avoid this post but it's been more times than not at this location. The funny part is this location is called Dunkin' Go. That sounds like a well staffed quick pace facility. Biggest lie Dunkin Donuts can say about this location. I'll go back to believing the tooth fairy if they believe their location title is true. Corporate greed, fix your problems and staff this facility to please your customers so they can not wait in line for 30 min.

The person at the window kept calling me "baby" and when I asked for them to stop they told me that's just how they talked. It made me uncomfortable. My iced coffee was also very watered down.

I went here on 10/22/24 at 10:35 AM after I ordered on the app. They were not busy, not a car in the drive thru, I placed my order in the parking lot. When I went and told the woman I had a mobile order she got snappy with me and asked “for what?” So I told her my name then she proceeded to tell me “you literally just placed this order you need to give us some time to make the order, pull around” but the way she said it made it seem like she hates her job and needs to find a new one. I for one would not work for a fast food place if I did not know how to speak to someone. Anyways I pulled around and waited, I was not in a rush at all so I did not mind. What I did mind was her shoving the drink in my face then completely ignoring me but instead yelling at someone across the road “I love you girl”. Just so disrespectful and rude. I didn’t even drink what was gave to me because I was afraid this woman had spit in it. I will not be coming back to this location, the dunkin on church street is SOOOO much better. Whoever manages this location needs to fire whoever was running the drive thru that day, definitely not a good look for you guys.

This service is comical . They didn’t have any doughnuts and didn’t tell me until I paid . After me not wanting the 2 doughnuts that had available and wanting a refund they told me they couldn’t give me a refund bc they didn’t know how and it would take too long to call their manager and bother them .

While the outside was cold, the hospitality here was warm and welcoming. Everyone I spoke to was so nice, and there was hardly any wait at 8:40am. Very good, will definitely be the dunkin I use.

I was disappointed with my recent visit to Dunkin. The service was great, but the food and drinks were terrible. Definitely not the quality I expect from Dunkin. Would not recommend.
Well this is the last time i stop at this location. The people that work there seem to be nice. With that being said whoever manages this location should resign. Ordering a 5 plus dollar coffee and opening the cup to see it half empty is horrible service and judging by reviews obviously no-one in charge cares or does there jobs. This place should be a 1.0 the picture added is after i got out of my car and had them remake it basically added 2 ounces maybe i will be emailing the corporate office for sure just trash

The drive through is always so slow and they always have to ask you multiple times whe you get to the window what you just ordered. I don’t drink it-I just sometimes pick it up for my husband. If it weren’t for him I’d never go to Dunkin.

Some people really don't like that. If you're not my girlfriend, don't call me baby. Other than that the place is fine. Just don't expect to go there and sit inside because it's a drive thru only with a walk up window.
