I placed the online orders and went to pick it up with my fiancé at 5pm, when I tried my drink I didn’t like it, and it didn’t even have cold foam on it:( so my man asked them at the window to plz remake it, and they were SO SWEET! they didn’t let us leave until we liked the new one! Especially the girl working the drive through.. she was amazing! I went to another location, and when I asked them to remake something once they were really rude, so this was nice!
The person in the drive thru was become increasingly impatient. We could hear her sigh out of frustration and such. As my first experience here, it was terrible but it definitely could've been better
The person at the window kept calling me "baby" and when I asked for them to stop they told me that's just how they talked. It made me uncomfortable. My iced coffee was also very watered down.
