I stopped by your store yesterday and came inside the store. There were three females working the front. I looked inside the display case and not one store employee acknowledged I was in the store and cared to place an order, so I walked out. This was the first time I visited that store….and the last!
I am local to this store. Oh well.

Wish I could give zero stars for service. I use to come here when I lived in Burlington and only had issues with the line. Unfortunately, my first time back in months and I had a very disrespectful older female completely disregard me while taking/making other orders on December 20th of 2024. She had me wait 15 to 20 minutes for a hot chocolate that I ordered, but made sure she got my card to charge me. When I knocked on the window to ask where the hot chocolate was, she tells me “don’t worry she got you”. I assume she was referring to the other girl in the restaurant who was clearly handling all the customers in the store. Ma’am you are working the window, why would the other individual who is working the interior of the restaurant get my order in the drive-thru.

When she finally decides to get my hot chocolate, she comes back with an attitude and the very idiotic remark, “there’s only two of us in here.” I can see that ma’am and your co-worker is doing all the work apparently. Please get better employees. If they can’t do the job, just get rid of ignorant, lazy people, it’s better for the customers and the people who actually do their job. I was late to work because of this individuals disrespectful and rude behavior. Hands down not coming back to this location.

As I was waiting for our coffee in the Burlington store I noticed that one of the girls had no gloves on and blew her nose then threw the tissue away grabbed the receipt as to what to make then walked in back only to come back and when she got to the food area she started coughing and didn't cover her mouth then started making the coffee without washing her hands also many of the same type of stuff on different occasions happened one of which a male worker took a glass and instead of using the scoop he put the glass in the ice which I do know the owner Alex does not like and has told his workers to use the scoop that is a pet peeve of his. Another time a girl had the mop in her hands and when we came in she never put gloves on nor did she wash. I have seen many times the workers put on gloves they will play on their phones touch their hair, sweep, touch money and use the cash register then go right to making drinks and touching the food. This is not only gross but I wonder how many people have gotten sick because of this. These workers need some thorough training. If the owner knew about this there would be hell to pay. I have never made any comments before about any place I have been but this warrants it I believe.

Will not be back. I was rudely talked to by a lady because my online order processed while i was in the drive thru. Before i could even get a word out when she asked me if I places it in the drive thru she rudely stated “ you can’t do that and expect it to be ready in just a minute” which i did not expect. When i asked her what i needed to do ( i didn’t know if i just needed to come inside) she then said “ well today you’re just going to have to wait on it then”. I couldn’t even get a word out the whole time instead of being talked at instead of being talked to. Not a good way to start a morning.

I’ve held out on this review for quite a while, but waiting 15mins for something as simple as a hot coffee is absolutely ridiculous. Especially for one I didn’t even get because I had to leave, as I’m now late for work… but I’m sure I would’ve been waiting at least another 10.

The cashier spilled the hot chocolate on me, it wasn't that hot, which is a good thing on that type of situation, but that should never be the case. The hot chocolate should be hot and handed to the customer with care, going back to my situation, the cashier offered napkins and a refill but I never heard an apology for such a mistake.
We all make mistakes, I totally understand that but his attitude wasn't the best before or after the incident. We may never go back to this place.

Normally I never have a problem but today my daughter and I went by and she got her normal small sweet tea which she normally will drink fast, when we got home I tasted her drink because she said it wasn’t tea, they gave her sour tea! It definitely went out and they gave her the last of it, tried calling the store and no one even answers the phone

This is my 3rd and final time ordering from this location in the last month. Today I ordered a peppermint mocha and white hazelnut bark iced coffees. The coffee was burnt and bitter in both. This was my experience all 3 times and I've tried coffee mid morning, in the afternoon and evening. Not sure what's happening but it's very disappointing.

Update: I submitted a complaint with Dunkin Donuts, and Destiny the manager called me. She apologized for what I experienced, told me they were going to address the morning crew and are working with them. She offered me a refund for my entire order as well as a remake of it. I went this morning and could immediately see a change in atmosphere. She promptly refunded me and the cold brew they remade for me was well done! Better than before. And of course I got my donut. I can tell Destiny is doing a good job and hope to see this trend of quality and order in this store in the future!

I ordered a cold brew and a pumpkin donut for pick up, arrived to the store 12 minutes later and the cold brew was sitting there without anything else. I get an employees attention and said I was missing the pumpkin donut, and she just slowly walks away and goes back to her spot at drive thru! I had to go to work so I left and requested a refund on the app. I ordered a wrap and the donut on DoorDash, and the bag came with a just pumpkin muffin. No wrap at all. This location is terrible! Won’t be back
