This is the slowest drive through hands down I’ve ever seen. And this isn’t based on a single experience, this happens every time I come to this specific Dunkin. As I wrote this I’ve been in line for over 15 minutes and have had the same car in front of me the whole time, no other cars have been in line other than us two. Absolutely crazy. Then the menu says if you buy a medium or larger coffee you can get select items for $1, $2, $3 dollars. They didn’t allow me to do it and never gave me a straight answer why, in fact they didn’t even seem to know what I was talking about and it’s right on their drive through menu.

Coffee and donuts were good but the staff had already started shutting down before they were actually closed and they acted inconvenienced that I arrived 15 minutes before the shop closed. However, they did make fresh coffee so they redeemed themselves a bit.

This one store.....continually makes horrible HOT coffee. Cold coffee tastes fine. How do you put 5 creams, 5 sugars, and flavor, and the coffee color looks tan/light brown, and you still cant taste anything other than burnt nasty coffee. Every time.....

First time visiting this place and the items I ordered were really good. My only issue was the drive-thru wait time. It took 20 mins to finally reach the window to pay for my food.Several cars left the drive-thru line that morning. One person had already placed his order and decided to pull off due to the wait.Otherwise, I'll be back for another croissant and a frozen Butter Pecan coffee. Delicious!
