Great food and service. I was skeptical due to the bad reviews, but we had a good experience. We went on a Saturday around 1230pm. We were not disappointed!

The food is good but for some dumb reason they close early as hell even on the weekend. Fix this asap please

I had the most wonderful time today, my first time eating here! Love love! Philly steak sub,fries! All staff from greeting to service was truly awesome! Met new GM- Marquis and he’s really great! Great things ahead for Eastcoast Wings& Grill! Greatest Customer service and best atmosphere to sit and chill out! Bar for anyone nice!

Went there 1/25/25 with a friend and ordered classic nachos and wings to go. The nachos were good once you got past the head of lettuce but the wings were very dry, no sauce and no real taste( wings were taken out). The table we had was sticky. The atmosphere was just as bland as the food .

The food is always great when we come to ECW. Today the service was amazing!. Ariel was so sweet and attentive. Some of the best I’ve ever had anywhere.

Their Mexican Street Corn is delicious. Fries even better. They have a new waiter who suggested I have my wings fried hard which made a huge difference and taste great⁹

I want to start with saying I called ahead to find out if they had what I wanted to eat(sometimes they run out of my favorite sauce flavor) only reason I come so I wanted to make sure they had what I wanted. Sakina answered the phone professionally and politely. I had questions about a few more items so after she put me on hold to confirm the first thing I asked about, she came back to the phone and confirmed they had my sauce for my wings but then I asked about a dessert and the sweet sauce for the sweet potato fries she found out all that additional information for me and she done so with the same professionalism and with the same respectful attitude.
Although it was Friday night and I wasn’t even doing a take out order, she still made sure I was taken care of without hesitation, That made me feel good about coming in. We were greeted at the door by Sakina and Emma who ended up waiting on us. Due to having back surgery Monday , I requested a booth & they helped me get just what I asked for. Bianca a fellow server whom wasn’t waiting on us pre-bussed our table without asking as she walked by and seen we were done with the plates. As well as made sure we got the Lemons I had asked for as she was walking by our table.
Full drinks and a clean table are my biggest thing about going out to eat. I never had an empty cup and my table was clean.
The key holder Stephanie was full hands in and out of the kitchen all night, I heard her ask different employees multiple times if they were good or needed anything. Stephanie delivered our food and got everything additional requested item(ranch, napkins) in a timely manner. The host and wait staff were busy and Stephanie was equally busy helping all customers.
I seen all around TEAM work tonight. Then to top everything off, after having such a great experience, I asked about names of the staff to be able to give a compliment to the manager. I found out that the owner was actually in the restaurant and I could speak to him and the manager. That’s when I found out even our dessert was delivered to the table by the owner Tom himself. I love hard workers and I respect the owners and managers so much more when they are involved not simply ordering others around while empty handed. The entire team tonight was amazing ! Keep doing a great job! This was my best experience at ECW & i hope many more are like tonight!

Ordered $90 dollars worth of food went to pick up already paid on line got food half of the way back home they called and said they gave wrong food went back picked up different bag got all the way home and half of the food was MISSING! And this is the second time this has happened. Not going back. I’ve tried calling store no one is answering.

Unprofessional management and lack of management skills! Requested corporate contact information and was hung up on so doesn’t really surprise me they can’t keep staff and waitresses are working shifts alone. Your Burlington management is why business is mediocre at BEST!! And
