Just went here for a family dinner and we waited about 30 minutes to get drinks then another 45 minutes to order appetizers and then another 30 minutes to order food only to have to leave because we had already waited 2 hours. The manager was in attentive and essentially useless. Our server was a nice guy named Drew who was constantly being yelled at by the cooks for asking about our food. Food is great when we get it, but the service other than our server was awful. TLDR all we got in two hours was 5 drinks ignored by the manager like 5 times.

We were there for 2 hours and it took an hour to even get our drinks we ordered apps but did not get any so we got up,paid for our drinks and left on the 2 hour mark.but our server was wonderful and I wish him the best.we do love your food but the service is always horrible and we only got our drinks but our server drew was wonderful, reminder it was his first day.they also had two people at each table we didn't see the other server a lot but thank you to Emma too!

Wings were great and they have 75 cent wings on Monday and Thursday.. which is fantastic.. but I have to say the service is slow they seem to only have a few servers.. it's been the same for awhile... the place is empty sometimes and only like two servers and it takes a while to get your food...and they also had issues at the time with half the tap beers not available because of some issues with the tap..... If they could improve the server issue this is a great place to eat if you love wings I haven't tried anything else... But they're sauce selection is amazing and you can choose how hot you want each different sauce... I tried the insanity and I was insane to do so..lol

I order cobb salads all thr time, usually the best! But this time I've waited almost 2hrs for what looks like a side salad.. no grilled chicken, eggs , avocado, mozzarella cheese, slices of bacon not bacon bits.. so disappointed $12.99Nobody answered the phone ? and now they are

I came here the other day with my friends. I have never had someone be so openly homophobic and disrespectful in front of me before. The server kept calling my friend “sir” even though she is so clearly a woman. He was corrected multiple times and STILL kept calling her sir. I used to come here to order takeout for the wings (because service has always been terrible) but I will never come here again. I have never been so uncomfortable during a meal. It felt so intentional and hostile after we kept correcting him, and he never stopped calling her sir up until we left. She told him the first time that mistakes happen, but you don’t keep making a mistake like that. Disgusting. It has been bothering me since I left, everyone should know this is NOT a LGBTQ friendly establishment, and do not come here expecting good service.

We had Kamiya as our waitress and she was AMAZING!! Definitely recommend you ask to be in her section!! She was so fun and very kind!! Our food was great!! The wings were cooked perfect and had just enough sauce on them! Great Experience Overall!! 10/10 to Kamiya!!!
Wife and I went in for dinner this evening. Awesome service, and food was great as always. Our server, Ethan, was incredible. Very attentive, and kept checking in on us every few minutes. Will certainly be going back.

Got here at 7 didn't get my food til 8 the service was complaining about being short staffed the manager on duty was rude and walking around with an attitude I asked where my food was around 745 and she never came back with an answer than didn't even want to eat my food because it took so long my friends food was so salty when it arrived didn't even eat it the manager was walking around on her personal phone not dealing with the customer very rude

The tables were sticky. The drinking glasses were sticky. You could ice skate on the floor. The server had no short-term memory and seemed overwhelmed by my asking for silverware, and my friend asking for a glass of water. The food was good.
