El Jalapeño Mexican Restaurant

Horrible customer service. I called as a new customer to try this place because I heard so much about it, but the woman who answered was very rude. I simply asked about the special of the day, and she kept saying it was on the Facebook page. It was frustrating because I was just trying to get information, but her tone was disrespectful, as if she was speaking to a child. Very rude and disappointing. If possible, I would give zero stars. I can’t believe this. They've lost a new customer. I hope the restaurant addresses this and replaces that employee, as she was extremely disrespectful. I can’t imagine her behavior in person.

Loved the fresh food. But the service was horrible. I wonder why they are still in business.

Terrible place to eat they are so rude dont care about there customers one bit i called for a quick question about there tacos she didnt want to answer my question and told me to look it up and i told her i was driving and she said we busy but its fine i went to tacontento they have way better service and tacos taste way better

$1 dollar tacos on Tuesday, cash only. Very good and authentic!!

Call to order some food, extremely rude and arrogant, when they answer the call or any questions 👎🏼 they tell my wife to go online and call back when ever we know what we want to order

I check both the comments and I can say that the service is decent, they don't arrive with a big smile but they didn't give us bad service either, the grilled shrimp, the fish were too salty

The truth is that I had a bad wait, a wire came out in my food and the bad Umor waitresses serve you, the service is terrible.

Omg what rude people, I called to see what specialties they had in tacos. And the lady told me that she was on Facebook and cut me off. I called again and told him that I didn't have Facebook, it happened to another girl and he told me the same thing and hung up on me... I mean if they don't want to sell and they don't have customer service why do they have a business ???

And I traveled from High Point to Burlington to try the food here at Jalapeño but we didn't even go in with the family, the music was so loud that instead of being a taqueria it seemed like a night club ?
