Firehouse Subs Burlington

3 times now you have forgotten to add the pickle slice with our sandwiches! And when I have ordered a cold cut sandwich in the past it's always warm and that is kinda gross! I'm trying to give you my money here people...

Listen! Do not go to this firehouse, I ordered my sub from Door dash and my sub was soggy like it was tossed in water and it was sloppy and messy. Never ordering from this nasty restaurant again

Twice now I've been charged for double meat and received the regular portion at this location. The brisket was so fatty that I had to dissect my entire sub, never seen it that bad. Did I mention they forgot the pickle again after asking if I wanted it. Never again...

How do you forget to put cheese on an Italian sub? How do you forget to toast a "toasted" Italian sub. Im pregnant and now I can't eat my lunch because the delivery meat is not toasted. I'm also at work and received my order through UBER, so returning is not an option at this time. Highly disappointed

Usually these subs are great..but the last few times our large subs have been so soggy you cannot even pick them up...I asked with my order today when I paid to please make sure they were toasted...to which the female caahier responded...they are always toasted..once getting home and unwrapping, they were even worse than the last time...had to eat with a fork and knife...not toasted and just were not good..they need uniform standards and employees who do not cut corners...very discouraging..

I've been to this location many times over the years. Subs are always good. Customer service not so much. Today 9/20/24 I ordered through door dash. I called after making the order and spoke to a young woman who seemed disinterested in talking to me. I asked her to look at my order, and if I could exchange the bottled Pepsi for a fountain mt dew. She said yes. I get the order and no soda, so I call to ask if they gave it to door dash. She kept repeating that they did t have my order. It was like talking to a wall. Finally she said it was t in the original order , which may be true. I had some difficulty ordering online. I asked her why they hadn't checked the order when I called like I asked them too. "I don't know". The sub was subpar today and the service worse. She's the on duty manager to boot.

Apparently pets are allowed here because i loved standing behind an older couple with a dog in a pet stroller and not a word was said about it. No it was not a service dog it was clearly someones pet.

The sandwich was good but the pickle tasted like chemicals.

Hands down this place is the best on Church street in Burlington .They were very helpful and kind to me at the last minute getting graduation party subs ready. I orderd 3 party platters ( ham and turkey) after one of the bulk warehouses in town did not have my sub tray order.The store also prepared veggie subs for me that morning and then I came back to see if they could solve my issue and they did. The staff that worked 1030am to 4pm on June 8th definitely should get recognize for their great work. The subs was a hit and the party goers enjoyed them all. T

Staff was terrible. I walked in with no greeting just silent and looked at us like we came to the wrong place. Waited at the register with no way of knowing if I was to order or wait for staff to acknowledge me. This is not a hard job nor is having manners.

We placed an online order and upon arrival, it was ready and all correct. It was a super easy and convenient process!

Mid at best..tried it and it didn't wow me..
