The subs here are awesome and the bathrooms are always clean and smells great! The staff could be a little more friendly and smile more but I love that they greet you every time you enter. Food was great, as is typical of Firehouse, but when I, the customer, feel like I’m a bother to the staff, who are so busy socializing with one another that they barely look at or speak to me, that is poor service. We were there just now, April 7, around 5 pm. I believe there were 4 people working, all high school or college-aged students: 3 Caucasian females, 1 African-American male. I stood there for several minutes without any greeting or acknowledgement at all, and the store was not busy. The male was the one to take our order, and everything he said was a mumble. No smiles, no word of thanks — but of course the screen asked if we wanted to leave a tip.

This was the first time I ate at this Firehouse. My stomach has been bubbling since I ate it. As well as my brother. I have been naseaous and woke up that way. I would never eat there again. The fact 2 out 3 is stuck in the bathroom . Something’s not righ. Couldn’t even eat the whole sandwich. Smh Total waste of money.

My PERSONAL opinion! My family decided to stop around 8;45pm (the close at 9) walked inside and it was literal a funeral home atmosphere. We understood the closed soon and said we will just take it out. The 3 staff working didn’t smile, didn’t say hello or welcome , didn’t even say “What would you like to order ). We turned around and immediately walked out after about an awkward 3 min of us just starring at each other. Went down the street to Jersey Mikes and was immediately greeted, welcomed the FOOD WAS FRESH and AMAZING (Philly Subs ????) ! Service was REMARKABLE and the closed at 9pm as well. Decided to leave the whole staff a tip!

Have been to this firehouse sub many time. Will be the last if I wanted a lettus tomato sandwich. I would have eaten out of my garden. You can tell the meat is less. Close the doors if you are trying to get rich one sandwich at a time.
