Hamburger was raw in center. Manager seemed to care less even though another customer walks up with same issue on her burger. Cashier was more helpful than manager. Sick ever since I left. First time since they opened and all the times we visited that this ever happened. Enough that It may be awhile before we attempt to go back.

We had a great experience due in large part due to Kyler, a young manager in training who helped us with an issue with our order with the utmost professionalism. Freddie’s has a rising star with Kyler!
