Frida’s has the best Mexican cuisine in Burlington. The wait staff is always very friendly and they treat you like the family owned business that they are. I have tried a variety of things from their large menu and have never been disappointed. Their margaritas are fresh and simply delightful. Definitely give Frida’s a try over La Cocina if you want higher quality and amazing food with amazing service. (In the picture I had already eaten half of my chicken)
Dinner ACP could have had more chicken and less rice, (it looked like the lunch portion of chicken and dinner portion of rice). Fiesta Taco was great, chicken was tender, vegetables were well cooked and always love the spinach.

Fantastic Food! Amazing service, food came out quick and perfect. Honestly this is the best Mexican restaurant I've personally ever been to. It's almost like a modern Mexican/American fusion but has still kept the authentic Mexican style/taste without being greasy or plain. 100% would recommend going here to eat dinner if you're feeling Mexican. Try the Habanero-mango Salmon Dish. It won't disappoint!
