Very poor customer service we normally do not give reviews like this but I have never dealt with this type of service ever. They advertise one price and charge another I guess to select individuals only. We spoke to a gentleman asking for advice on the different food they offer . The gentleman was very helpful and told us the same exact pricing to what we see online. When we come to pick the food up, the food prices magically jump and was incorrect according to the manager that was there . The worse part she blames it on another company instead of taking care of the customer and did not show any empathy to the issue of not only the online menu but as well as her employee giving the same price . I will never visit this place again and hopefully this does not happen to you .
Blue and I stopped in for lunch today. We were seated quickly and served quickly as well. It only took about 3 to 5 minutes for me to get my lunch once I placed my order. My food arrived hot and was absolutely delicious. The way staff checked on me regularly and I can hardly wait to go back again! I would definitely recommend this if you're in the area for lunch or dinner. They have great Seafood and a lovely staff. The only reason I rated four stars on atmosphere is because the ceiling could use a few new tiles. Other than that, I was happy with my visit.
