I went through the drive through and ordered a famous burger single. WITH MUSTARD PICKLE AND CHEESE ONLY!!! THE LADY THAT TOOK MY ORDER CALLED THE ORDER BACK WITH CHEESE, MUSTARD, KETCHUP, PICKLE. I THEN CORRECTED HER ONLY TO HEAR HER SAY THAT IT COMES WITH CHEESE. THEN I WENT TO THE WINDOW. A DIFFERENT EMPLOYEE ASKED IF I GIT THE FAMOUS BURGER. I SAID, YRS WITH CHEESE MUSTARD PICKLE. SHE SAID YES THATS RIGHT. I GOT A BURGER WITH CHEESE KETCHUP MUSTARD. TERRIBLE FOOD TERRIBLE SERVICE. EMPLOYEES DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS......NO WONDER THERE WAS NOT ONE CAR IN LINE AT LUNCH.
Crazy how I tried to correct the person taking the order and she ignored me. This restaurant should be closed if they can't get better employees. THANKS FOR RUINING MY 30 MINUTE LUNCH!!!!

So at 6:49pm on a Wednesday yall just stop making Biscuits. Tried to get 8 Biscuits and 2 maple Biscuits and was told no Biscuits.

Terrible service, they don't want to serve you, I don't know because I'm Mexican, they're not friendly at all, they take a while to take your order and they take a while to give you the burger and they don't even give ketchup, terrible service, I won't go again, I hate it
This is a good place to go if you want to hear employees arguing with managers every single time you go in
The experience was awful. From getting hollered and rushed while ordering, waited over 30 min for food. Plus the customer service was terrible. Food was cold. And wasn’t worth eating. This location is awful and needs to be shut down.

Buns should not be wet. Customer service should be friendly. Calling the health dept too as this looks like food tampering to me.

There is a man at Hardee's on Webb Avenue that is the rudest man I have ever met in my life! His name is James. I am a frequent customer there and almost always order through the app for drive-thru pick up. I have now had 4 separate bad interactions with this man and I am about to stop coming there. He is rude, not just to me, he literally lied to me last week when he told me that my app order was different than what he received, his is argumentative, impatient, and really just abusive in his manner overall. He should NEVER be around customers because he pisses everyone off! You will lose customers if he stays there. The rest of the staff there is great, but this one man, is a joke. I had to come in the store one day last week, because as usual, he did not have my order ready and made me wait. After a while, I realized he had forgotten me again, so I went inside to get it myself. There were about 10 customers just milling around in there waiting for food. They were all frustrated, you could tell. I know that getting help these days is hard, but this man is hurting your business. He's really just awful!

It took about 10 minutes for my order to be taken in the drive through. Then I was told they ran out of tenders but it would only take 5 minutes for a fresh batch to be finished but I waited for 20 and on top of that they didn’t taste fresh . Like they had been cooked and then re heated .

I stopped at the Glenn Raven Drive through and I never dealt with such unprofessional individuals before! I ordered my food and asked for a milkshake and replied they had no milkshakes, so I pull up to drive through and my friend texted me and requested a LG tea instead so I asked this older guy at the window if I could add a tea to my order and next thing you know he moving around flapping his arms and shaking his hips and mumbling something. But you can tell by his body language he was showing his ass! So I said don't worry about it and he replied with a bad tone of voice. "I already added it on! And I said again don't worry about it and he replied the manager doesn't want us to add on. So I just left my food and took off. I don't know why this place is still open or perhaps do something about management! You can not get me to go there again even if you paid me!

Went to counter and ordered 2 sausage and eggs biscuits, 2 ham biscuits and 2 hash browns. Came out as 2 sausage and gravy biscuits, 2 ham and 2 hashrounds. No problem until cashier said that was what I ordered. I replied I did not and she continued to basically call me a liar. You need new employees. These are horrible at customer service. Asked for my money back and left. No intentions to return. We usually order from here every morning. Taking my business somewhere else
Hardees is a lot better than it was 9 months ago very good customer service unlike the past,the two young white ladies on night shift were very professional.
