First of all this review is not about the food or the service both were good. However, it is about the restroom at this location. The men’s restroom was atrocious. The floors were sticky and just the overall smell. The restroom was terrible. I would truly like to urge this dislocation to clean up their restrooms so as to reflect a clean restaurant. Personally, I cannot recommend this Hardee’s because of your restroom situation.

The absolute worst experience. I ordered the 5.99 bag and another combo, waited close to 10 minutes and someone else comes in and orders the same 5.99 combo. Another customer comes in after that customer and orders as well. Another 10 minutes go by and my food still isn’t ready, but guess whose is? Yup, the two customers that ordered after me. My husband sees what looks like our food just sitting up there for the longest. He finally says something and they hand us our food immediately. So it’s been just sitting there. It was cold when I ate it. We were already behind schedule for our trip. I’m not sure what possessed them to fully service other customers before us, but that was pitiful and I would never suggest Hardee’s again because of their workers. The workers were the absolute worst. And had the worst attitude.

I only get breakfast here due to logistics. It’s the only time I’m near one. But I love their breakfast. Absolutely love the loaded omelette biscuit. Also usually get the fried apple pie.

This Hardee's has been downhill for a while, but today was embarrassing. Wanted to order the Candied Bacon as an extra side, and instead received a clump of just normal bacon that looks like it was ripped straight from a free hotel breakfast buffet. Drink machine didn't work and we could only get Sweet Tea.
What is the point of y'all being open if your service constantly seems like the customer is an inconvenience to you, and you can't put in the effort to make the food as described?

Waited 15 minutes for a 10pc tender order, I was the only customer in the location, 3 of the 6 employees were seemingly doing nothing during this time. If you want fast food go somewhere else because they're definitely not fast here

Ordered a burger and it was awful, don't know what kind of meat it was but it did not taste like beef and was burned especially around the edges. Inedible. Normally the food I get from here is ok not this visit.

So I got the new Frisco burger and it was clod and frie cold took fires back thay made new one but burger was not as good as I was hoping so will not be going back

The people that work there on the weekend, they are rude and they don't care what you think about your food or your experience. I got to order wrong and I tried to call everyday for 2 weeks. Finally I get somebody on the phone and they said to bring the receipt or proof on the app that I ordered it and they would replace it. I go up there and they act like I am dumb and tried to get stuff free. All they did was fuss about everybody's order while I was sitting there waiting for them to fix mine and then I get told they ain't doing it. It's the rudest place I've ever been and I will never go back. That used to be a great Hardee's but now it's terrible.

God knows this place is pitiful. Ordered a # 3 combo meal. Figured it was easy and would be fresh. Boy was I wrong. Bread so dam hard and stale you can’t bite into it, burger patty must have been cooked last week, bacon is from last week or the week before and the drink machines didn’t work. The guy that came in gave me Pepsi however, I think this is some kind of juice. Lol. Not to mention the girl that took my order told me and I quote, “hurry up, I don’t have all day”. This is just a dam dump. One more place to write off tha books. Just frickin pathetic.

The guy that was taking orders was mad when I first approached the dt speaker he sounded mad ? he took my order and at the window he was mad took and snatched the card gave me my food never acknowledged when I said hi or when I thank him for serving us he was just plain rude
