They didn't put the extras (pickles and onions) on the sandwich and when we asked for them, they gave such a small amount. We checked the receipt and asked again because they did charge us for the extras.

Hamburger and hot dog rolls were old. The fries were cold. All tables were dirty. The female at the register didn't know what came on the kids meal hamburger. A guy from the back came up front and she asked him what came on the hamburger ( ketchup, pickle, mustard) I won't be going there anymore. My husband and I were the only 2 people in there.

Got the chicken strip WOW what a change these were smaller and less tasty than the ones I had in the past . Hardee's has really gone down hill . The manager could join in to make to make this place better . Ice tea dispensers were both empty.

Ordered on line last night and it will be the last time I get food from this Hardee's. Got home to realize the didn't put my fries in the bag and the food that was in there was cold and horrible! They need to change the name hot ham and cheese to icy ham and cheese! It was disgusting. Do better Hardee's!

40min to get my food in the drive thu dam it to hard to get a hamburger and fries they make me wait so much to give me a hamburger that look like this so sad because is not what you pay for (i order a super star) and it was not cheap
Worst experience ever. 25 minutes to get a chicken sandwich. The woman taking order was ignorant and rude. There were people behind me saying, I we should all cancel our orders and get our money back. YES....It was that bad. And my chicken was under cooked!!!! Avoid this place like the plague!!

Update 8/26/2025 - Ordered a Big Ham and Cheese Combo. It was so bad i threw it away! See pictures below- one pic shows how Hardees advertizes the Combo with pic of a very large sandwhich that looks very appealing. Then look at my pics of what they really serve. it looks like it got fun over by a dirty car and kissed by roadkill !! Appears to be false advertising, like all fast food chains!! They need to change the review stars so you can show a negeative star by 10 since all fast food chains are very bad!
3/31/2025 - Went thru drive thru and order a cheese burger, fries and drink . Then it went wrong, wait in line over 20 min then got tonthe window and then it felt like a third world enviroment inside. The staff was maybe 3 or 4 people in the whole place. They gave me my order and took it to work to eat. The cheeseburger was raw in the middle, the fries where very cold and tasted bad. i threw everything in the trash uneaten. Will be letting the health department and corporate office of Hardees know they are serving raw meat. This location needs to be shut down.
