Burgers came out cold. Most of the staff were fine but one that I asked for help from was very unprofessional and clearly acted like they didn't want to be there. I understand that working at a fast food joint isn't exactly the most glamorous job but customer service is still part of it. That being said the lady who initially took my order was very nice. Recommend to avoid this place in the meantime, there are better options close by.

Went threw the drive thru and the guy was very rude with an attitude.It was already dead so if you wanna stay in business I suggest you treat the people that come here better..We will not be going back here..

Waiting in line for ever , girl in drive thru was not polite at all . She seemed like she had an attitude . Was ask to pull up to wait for my fries . Waited probably another 15 minutes . Brought it out and handed it to me and said nothing .?♀️?

The nicest people! Good food but tender size is shrinking in comparison to other restaurants.Went through the drive thru.
Super slow, crazy slow but the lady was courteous and they got my order correct. Surprised by how good the chicken sandwich, for my dog was. Haven't been to a Hardee's in years, would go again. Fries could be fresher.

Fast food place on my route home from dog park. Hardee's in general has a limited menu. Customer service is hit and miss. Not much to say.
I went inside to order and had planned on dining in but no one came to take my order. I had to drive to the window for someone to come. Service is awful. They mainly hang outside and come inside when they see customers. It's a young crowd working there.
