We used to love this Hardee's. My husband and I came in this morning and ordered. The coffee was cold, when he asked why, the employee went and microwaved it, the hash browns was cold abd the both biscuits. When we asked why, all we got was okay and got fresh ones, Neither employee asked did we want to wait for fresh food nor did they apologize or try to do anything about replacing it. I know everyone is struggling but you shouldn't take it out on the customer.

Ordered a burger and apple pie. Burger left under oven lamp, while waiting 10 mins for apple pie to be made. Never again. The burger would of been awesome hot but left out for 10 minutes. Apple pie was hot and delicious though, but not worth the wait.
Nice as can be but extremely slow. Plan to spend at least 20 mins in the drive thru.
