I love it here, honestly, one of my go to takeout spots in Burlington!
**CALL TO ORDER** or you'll miss out on takeout specials $$$
I would highly recommend the Hibachi Chicken, Hibachi soup, or Make your own pokebowl! You really cant go wrong there.
Also, they're lunch specials are dinner sized portions! 🥰

Purchased 50 dollars worth of the most unpalatable and repulsive sad excuse for sushi that I have ever had. Quality was not fresh and it was old or frozen and I got sick. It is not Japanese sushi but then again North Carolina is the devils armpit of foul culture and food.

Service was horrible and degrading as to which I speak their language and had horrible things said to me by the men while refusing to give me refund. I will never recommend this place.

Such lazy prideful people to make a customer feel ashamed of your bad service and food and so embarrassing trying to make a scene.

You can do better

The food is yummy and it's a good value. The dine-in experience is okay, but we prefer take out. I do wish the restaurant had more ambiance and was a more comfortable in-person experience. My observation is they likely thrive on take-out sales.

OMG I just had the Filet Mignon Teriyaki, and it was the best I've ever had! The portions were outrageous too! I'll be eating the rest of this for my next meal. The filet mignon was cooked so perfect it was medium-rare just the way I love it. Also it was the best teriyaki sauce I've ever had in my life! I'm gonna be telling everyone about this restaurant! I will definitely be going back there and ordering from them again and again! I haven't been this pleased in a restaurant in a very very long time. Absolute best Japanese I've ever had!!!

I ordered online thinking the taste would be amazing since so many people order and come sit to eat. The food is trash and tasteless. Last time eating here

Every time I go, the food it's great and its a big portion. Mostly the service is good but there's one server specifically that is a little inhospitable but if that doesn't bother you it's generally a very nice place to eat.

Probably the worst “hibachi” I’ve eaten in my life. We ordered close to closing time to pick up and what you received was a huge amount of old rice, which was hardly what I would describe as fried rice. It was more like green rice that had been coughing some oil and maybe a bit of soy sauce.? The chicken was dry, stripped soaked and so much teriyaki sauce and barely cooked onions that I could hardly even taste that it WAS chicken. The white sauce was lumpy or curdled and I’m hoping it was the latter because if not that’s just disgusting.
Stay away from this place, especially when they are about to close. They will give you their old rice so they don’t have to throw it away and they’re dry chicken covered and soaked in sauce so you don’t choke on it. Definitely a waste of over $40 for two hibachi chicken meals.

One star is very generous, considering food was subpar. Hibachi chicken was dry. We ordered two green teas and it came with one tea bag. Also, the water for the tea tested like regular tap water with some chlorine smell. The floor was slippery, and the tables were sticky. The lady server was rude. I'm not coming back again.
