It is now day 5 of having stomach issues from some chicken hibachi i purchased from here. I have gone to both the emergency room and urgent care. I will NEVER go back to this place again. I've never had food poisoning this bad before, I am absolutely miserable. and to top it off, my mom said the same thing happened to her a week before after she had also got some chicken hibachi. Take my word, DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

The Poke Bowl was not what I have eaten at any other restaurant Could only select one sauce until I asked for another sauce. There was no lettuce. Taste was mediocre. Won’t be requesting it
I ordered thai curry with tofu. The guy asked "honey tofu?" I said no, tofu curry. We went back and forth and I pointed at it on the menu, said a few times "tofu curry." He read it back to me. Well I got chicken curry. The food is not bad but the ordering was frustrating, very rushed and I got the wrong dish despite saying "tofu curry," a listed item on their menu, several times. It was a frustrating experience because I really wanted tofu and did not like the chicken much. If an item is listed as having either chicken or tofu, it should not be like pulling teeth to get the tofu option. They have good food but their customer service could use some work.

I’ve been coming in to this place for a while now. Always do takeout and the food is great, here and there I’ve gotten a few orders mixed up but nothing crazy. Now the service… is not the greatest, I always get the same guy and female, guy is nice, no complaints, but the female gives you that type of service that it feels like you went there to ask for a favor or free food instead of paying for it.Other then that I do recommend the food they sell here.

Horrific customer service. I ordered a Crunchyroll and received a sushi roll with Parmesan on top. Then they wanted to argue with me about it not being their fault because, they said, they have several crunchy rolls. I debated the merits of explaining that good customer service would’ve entailed an explanation so they knew it specifically what I wanted, instead of expecting me to figure it out psychically Horrible experience. Will not be back.
