I'll give it a four. There isn't another place like this around here. Most importantly the cook has improved his skills lately. Many waitresses are nice. The uncooked food is what you should be paying for. Precooked is not really good food, just to satisfy a certain craving at best. Like any buffet. Beef and vegetables are probably the safest bet for more than one reason. Their prices have risen in the past two years. That's my biggest issue with it. 15 bucks around here is crazy. I went to buffets in Massachusetts much cheaper than this, and I'm pretty sure the press about human trafficking doesn't create hype.

It was good but I hate having spaghetti noodles in my hibachi, which they serve here. They have the yellow egg noodles for their lo mein, so I don't know why they want to cut corners for their hibachi bar. Otherwise no complaints from me.

I’ve never felt the need to leave a review before, but this was that disappointing. The food on the buffet was cold. For instance, the stems on the broccoli from one of the dishes were actually cold in the middle. This was also true with the noodles and mushrooms my daughter tried. The dipping sauce for the dumplings tasted like alcohol because it had gone bad. Secondly, the place was dirty. The soy sauce bottles(yes I checked multiple for a clean one), had dried sticky finger prints on them from never being cleaned. Silverware and dishes also had dried on food from not being cleaned properly. This is the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Just left here. 40$ for two people eating lunch? Yea no. A lot of the food was cold and wasn’t good. I got some mac and cheese and it was macaroni noodles with water in it.. The ceilings were a so disgusting. The chairs visible staples, just a cheap look. I felt uncomfortable from the moment i walked in and i didn’t hear loud chatter. Smh. We will not be back here.

Womens bathroom floors were flooded. Floors for the dinning area was sticky. Usally, I eat the baked crab and California rolls. We used to go often. Tonight didn't eat more then a few bites of my plate before my stomach started hurting and the food tasted off. Well before I got to go home I threw up in their bathroom. We told management they said in broken english it was cooked that day.. Very upsetting. We were still charged for my food even tho it never made it out their door. We won't be going back.

The food is good for the price. Extremely busy all of the time and that's good because the food is always fresh. Sushi is fantastic for A buffet. You can't knock it til you try it. It's right off interstate 85 in north Durham.

Thomes?

They lost me after the whole human trafficking thing. If you don't know what I'm talking about do a quick Google search.

The food just sucks too though to be completely honest. Their most redeeming aspect is the hibachi itself.

Me and my family came here with a party of 8 earlier and we were seated right away! I haven’t been to a buffet in a while but this place brought back my love for them. Our empty plates and low glasses were constantly being taken and refilled by our waiter, shout out to her wish I knew her name so I could leave it in the review, but I’ll definitely be back to eat here!! Great food, friendly customer service and great pricing!!! 10/10 Reccomend!!!

Mediocre food not really deserving of a $16 lunch price tag (not including a drink or a tip). Crab rangoon were cold, hot and sour soup was neither hot nor sour just a little sweet, chicken was overcooked in a few dishes and entirely unpleasant. Would not recommend for the money. Wouldn't be upset at half the price, but the value just isn't there.

Food is so cold. Got here less than an hour after opening. You'd think the food would be hot n fresh. Very disappointed. Should have known from the lack of people at a buffet that it wasn't good. Sever got tipped less because she didn't bring back my change.

Hadn't been here in a while, took wife and grandkids. Place seemed dark and deserted, only one other person eating there at 6pm..odd. Seated promptly. Not much to choose from in the seafood area; pans almost empty, food not warm. I guess the food was left over from yesterday or beyond. Price for 2 adults and 2 children was $65.69! Kids love Blue Ribbon and we went there 2 nights before and bill was only $41.85 for 2 adults and 2 kids. I'll never go back, how do they stay in business?
