Under staffed. You visit make sure you have plenty of waiting time. You will wait even when it's slow. I will not be back.

My wife and I came from Raleigh North Carolina and this has been the worst IHOP I have ever eaten at. When we pulled up, everyone was outside, the lady that was dining inside had her order wrong, the girl took our order and still messed it up, we ordered impossible sausage it looked like ground trash, and they cooked it with bacon grease, the girls was in the back, fussing each other on some hood rat stuff and they had the audacity to ask us if we wanted A to go box. 1⭐️

Horrible service. Got there at 10:50 didn't get sat until 11:05, by the kitchen staff. Then sat there until 11:05 until 11:40 with out a single person taking our orders but then other people came in and would get seated by a server. Now took out order or came back so we got up and left. This is the worst place to go to eat now. Every location is like this and it use to be such a good place to eat fast and friendly and now it has just went down hill. Yall need better staff and more staff than what was there if that is going to be the excuse call use, and why was a manager not there helping??

Arrived around 9:am, was seated. Wait staff brought coffee & drink & water. Had to ask for silverware. Was given plastic & an excuse why. Brought food & had to ask for Silverware, I explained I would not be happy with plastic, wait staff said they would see what they could do, finally got got silverware.
Food, my Gravy sucked & was cold, bacon was mostly fat, bacon, egg & hash browns ok. My Wife's bacon fatty could not eat, pancakes cold, hash browns cold.

So, wait staff was bad and did not deserve a tip. But since my background was Food service I know wait staff counts in tips, I did tip, $3.00. I have never did a post on IHOP before, but it will be a while before I come back here again ......Gene Bones Boswell

I went to IHop for the free pancakes, my heart is broken because the staff are working like crazy but it is too understaffed to be a functioning restaurant. Hire more people or shut down. Your wait staff is staying past their shift and drowning in work, have enough decency to hire more people so the few you already have don't cave in from the overworking!

We sat in the waiting area for 45 minutes after being told it was a 10-15 min wait. After 45 minutes we left. Despite the lobby full of frustrated, hungry customers, not once did anyone apologize. I do NOT recommend. After we left, we noticed that many others decided to follow suit.

Decided to eat here this morning and didn’t realize what a big mistake it would be. My husband and I were seated fast with menus and drinks. Took around 30 mins after being seated to get our order taken. Then after waiting for an hour, our French toast came with a fresh side of mold on it. It seems to me that the servers and cooks were all having a rough day and I get it. But the service could have been better. A customer never received their food while we were there and left after being disappointed. A mother and her son left after they did not receive their order after they waited for 45 minutes. You’ve got to do better than that or shut the doors.

Ordered food to be delivered and somehow they manage to forget 1/3 of the order. On top of that the pancakes we actually got were made of rubber and inedible. They won’t see another penny from me. Maybe they should give a reading test when they hire employees. Astounding how somewhere that messes up so much can stay in business. Do better or close the doors.

Terrible! Been to some very nice iHop’s but this one here is bad. Attempted to get breakfast here and everytime the servers look confused. Wait time is just outrageous. Put a “Now Hiring” sign up on every corner.

I will reply to this shortly , been here 53 mins so far no food and they aren’t busy at all, ok 1hr 8 mins to get the food , food was pretty good the manager “believe had a nose ring” was on her cell phone most of the time not helping anyone the whole time couldn’t pay our bill so just left cash on table and left. This place use to be good all around now just plan out pitiful
