When we arrived to this location yesterday we were iffy bc the rating was 91. I always look at this 1st and usually will leave if its below a 97 but IHOP is my favorite restaurant of all so we decided to stay. They was only like 3 families there so we were like the wait shouldn't be long. Upon being seated we realized there was only 3 worker there at all. The cook, a waitress and I guy that was there doing a little bit of everything. So it took a few minutes for our order to be taken but when I say thay was the best omelet I've ever had at a IHOP location I mean it. I absolutely love IHOP and visit them frequently wherever I am. Ive been to this particular location b4 and it was one of the worst then but yesterday it was pleasant the few workers that was there was great and the food was excellent. They took the fact that they were short staffed and overworked and still showed exceptional customer service. Those 3 workers are a excellent example of what customer service should look like

Really slow service. Over 45 minutes and still no food. Restaurant is less than 1/2 full. Seems to be an issue with the kitchen.

Will NOT be returning to this IHop!

I ordered off of doordash and it is taking almost 1 hour just to get it here. Everyone kept walking by my Dasher when she was picking it up. She finally had to just go to the kitchen and ask the cook what was going on. I actually tried to call while she was waiting and no one answered the phone and she literally told me five employees walked by that phone and did not answer it. She also mentioned at least three people walked out because no one was acknowledging them.

Excellent. Love IHopand this one was an older location but the food was great and we had a terrific wait person. She was extremely attentive but not too much. Great way to start our 3 hour trip home.

Have ordered several times at this location. I always order the strawberry cheesecake pancakes. But they NEVER put the glazed strawberries or the whipped cream. So exhausted of this store not providing the best service.

Went there at 9am on a Sunday and only 1 waitress was working. I felt bad for the poor soul because she was doing it all.
The problem was that she was all alone and the food came out cold and she couldn't be everywhere. We had to flag her down for receipts and to send her back the food. Again, manager needs to hire more staff. This is the 2nd iHop that has this problem.

Service was fast, waitress was kind. Food was terrible and over cooked. I don’t know if they are cutting back on silver ware but the spoon they gave me would be small for a child.

If the management doesn't know they have a problem, the management should be replaced. This is THE SECOND time we have walked out of this location. Both times it's been service related. The first time we waited just under 20 minutes for coffee. We walked out. Today we decided to give it a second chance, because today is Veterans Day, I am a US Navy Veteran, and wanted the veterans special. We never even got to leave our name to be seated!!! There was another couple in front of us and they also left. We wait a good 10 minutes to put our name into be seated, which NEVER happened because no one came to even take our name!!! The restaurant was HALF empty as it was near noon time. The wife and I got disgusted and left. We informed the line of about 6 people behind us that we've been waiting 10 minutes just to put our name in and wished them better luck. Again, this was the second time we've walked out of an IHOP. I'm willing to give it one more try but I'll have to talk the wife into it because she is done with IHOP here in NC.

I had a really disappointing experience at IHop. We had to wait a long time just to get a table, and then even more time to place our order. When the food finally came, it was served cold and honestly didn't taste good at all. They gave us plastic utensils, which made it feel really cheap, and they even forgot to bring our pancakes. The staff was not attentive at all — almost like no one cared. Definitely not worth the wait or the price. I wouldn't recommend this place.

This is one of the worst IHOP locations if you place an order for delivery. I ordered two of the same item via Uber Eats and the omlettes differed in size. One was half the size of the other. Additionally, the menu indicated that the spinach and mushroom omelette had onions and tomatoes in it. Mine had only the spinach and mushrooms.
It's annoying when you don't get what you pay for. This will be my last order from this location.

Boy where do I start? Let’s start at the entrance. Walked in with my family, as we were craving IHop for the longest time. As we were walking in, a worker with the most horrible attitude bumps through my family and I. Immediately afterwards, our mood was shifted to feeling unwelcome. We let it slide by and we are seated by the sweetest woman ever. I asked, mainly out of curiosity, who that worker was walking out. Come to find out, it was a restaurant manager! So I laugh and decide to let it go. I go ahead and order my family and I food. We wait and wait and wait and wait and wait. Then here comes the restaurant manager walking back in with an attitude that you can easily see from his face. He begins yelling at everyone, like my guy, what in the world is wrong with you? I see people leaving the restaurant that got there after my family and I and they never got their food. All we hear coming from the kitchen is yelling left and right. By this point, it’s been about an hour and we haven’t gotten our food yet. By this point I was fed up with the whole situation. Whoever that manager is, get rid of him. What is he doing outside for over an hour anyways? The store is backed up and people are leaving and no one is getting their food. Managers aren’t doing their job and all they’re doing is yelling at the workers that look scared. Remove that person, definitely does not show that he’s capable of being a leader.

Breakfast wasn't a good idea today at this IHOP. Eggs were burned, bacon was burnt,sausage links half done. Not sure if they had a new cook or what. Pancakes we cold, butter would not even melt. Waitresses bought fresh pancakes on a hot plate but the pancakes were still cold.smh just spent 37.00 plus for a good cup of coffee ☕️.

Deserves 0 stars. We were sat and completely ignored for 30 minutes. People after us were served and we weren’t acknowledged. Staff is trashy and needs to be retrained. Lazy and disgusting attitudes.
