We left.... as restaurant as it was severely understaffed. And there were about 10 customers there (4 parties total) and nobody could get seated. Parking lot had about 6 cars in it. Witnessed hostess be rude to some kids in one of the parties. On Sunday 4/28. This place needs to close.

They won’t even let you sit down with the whole restaurant practically empty! Then if you happen to get seated it takes hours! Absolutely ridiculous!!! It looked like plenty of staff! I saw 7 and they told us they didn’t have staff with an almost empty restaurant! Whoever owns this location needs to make your staff serve tables! You’re losing lots of business!!!

Our online order was supposed to be ready at 10:02. Here we are at 11:14am and STILL WAITING. Saying they don’t have staff etc… our food hasn’t even been cooked yet!!! However, door dash employees came right in and back out… This will be the last time this establishment gets my business.

The staff moves at a snails pace. I sar for 15 mins before I had to ask for a server. Then sat another 15 mins after I had ordered only to sit another 10 mins to have my server ask me to repeat my order. Wait again for 15 mins for my order to come out and it was wrong. Ended up leaving. Will never come back.

When we arrived we had to wait, along with A LOT of others. They told us they didn't have staff.Once the staff got there, it went very well. Our waitress was awesome. The gentleman, who I assume was the manager, was very kind and apologized.

This is the cleanest IHOP we’ve visited in our travels and the food and service was great!

Google says it is open at 6:00am, but it is closed. There are no signs on the door telling the hours of operations.

This was less than a pleasant experience. Apparently, the cooks are not experienced. Are sweet server was trying her best but it tool 40 minutes to get our food and then the eggs were barely warm and dry as if they had been sitting under heat laps. We literally ordered bacon, eggs, hasbrowns and pancakes. Not even a difficult meal.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly as it is not a quiet restaurant. The servers was kind to the children.

The only thing he want for his 87th Birthday was to have breakfast at IHOP. That's what he wants every year. Only today our patriarch was sadly disappointed. We were told the restaurant was only making take out orders.. Because apparently when there is only one cook you can't eat IN the restaurant. Are you kidding me? There was at least two servers walking around the empty dining room. Another customer left with food. I guess going home to eat was an option for them. It was not an option for us. We drove from another city specifically to eat inside of the IHOP. Was dismal start to Mr Charles birthday. After two weeks aof talking about going g to IHOP he was basically turned away. What I don't understand is why being short a cook caused the closing of the dining room. For another mater if the dining room was closed why were there 2 servers? So many questions revolve around this major disappointment. Short of a personal invitation to make things right we will just have to make the other restaurant we went to the yearly destination. This one clearly needs better employees.

Avoid this place like the plague! I ordered online this AM and I get there and they tell me that they’re out of pancake batter. They’re the International House of Pancakes and they’re out of pancake batter…go figure. They said they are not seating people and only taking to-go orders but god forbid you want pancakes because they don’t have any. Turned lots of upset people away. Service is terrible and so is food.
