Its usually fine if you go in person, but if you order for delivery, they just might cancel your order and steal your money. I ordered two weeks ago and they canceled my order that day with the doordash employee on the phone because "the store was out of bread" but they are refusing to refund me STILL and have been ignoring and denying it at every turn. No one is reachable or anything. This location really went downhill with employees and quality. its a shame because everyone really loves JM subs!

My Wife and I have eat here many times over the years but not lately. Food has been good for the most part but service has gone downhill. Our two previous take-out orders were wrong so we started going to Firehouse for about six months. Decided today we would give them another try. Philly steak and cheese. Got home and no onions or green peppers on either. How hard can it be to make a sub with just four items? I'm done with this location and maybe Jersey Mike's all together.

I ordered online and had it delivered. Never had I ever had issues with my order until today. I don't appreciate spending $20 for a sandwich and the bread was so hard there is no way it was cooked today and be this hard. Thank you so much for the motivation to never order or eat there again. Would you want or eat bread that is hard and two or more days old?

Jersey mikes Is an amazing sub place but when there’s people who have tattoos all over their face lookin like they just got out of prison working there the food is actually disgusting and never made correctly. I’d stop hiring ex felons. Until then I’m going to the one on university drive.
