Jersey Mike's Subs

Bug crawling in my food the minute I opened the wrapper. Speaks to the cleanliness of this location. I won't be eating here again.

Came in to order my usual #13 and all was well until I got to the part where my sandwich gets assembled. The young lady just stood there, didn't say anything just holding my bread with an attitude. I waited for her to ask me how I wanted my sandwich but that never happen. I proceeded to the register to put my number in for my points and she was still just standing there holding the bread. The guy at the register told me I had to tell her how I wanted my sandwich which has never happen before. I told her how I wanted my sandwich and she rolled her eyes and made my sandwich. I asked the guy at the register was she having a bad day? Nevertheless I didn't deserve the service I relieved. Don't know her name but she had piercings in her lip and nose. DO BETTER!!!

Place is clean, safe, and they never miss making a great sub! Would highly recommend!

My rec: Original Italian. Mikes way. Add mayo and banana peppers. With Miss Vickie’s Jalapeño Chips!

Not a fan. Husband stopped and picked up sandwiches for dinner. Specifically asked for fresh bread. Got it home, my sandwich was awful. The bread was hard as a brick. Not again!

I was in line to order but then I noticed the lady counting bread or restocking bread touching every piece of bread with her bare hands. 4/18/25 11:45 literally the only one in there not wearing gloves. Clean hands or not put some gloves on, i ended up just leaving. That’s usually my favorite one to go to, on my way to the one I’m whitsett now.

I walked to Jersey Mike's one evening for the donation day thing they do there(I wish more places would do that) cause I needed to get out for a walk. The staff were hopping and glad to be there and since it was evening I am sure they were tired, so I gave them a break and a good tip. Subs were the usual good stuff I expected, that is why I got 2. Good going people.

It seems that Jersey Mike's is giving smaller portions. Staff were very loud when dining in the restaurant. Will not return to this location.

Online pickup order so I can't speak on service. The sandwich was so messy and soggy, it was dripping.

The staff is terrible. No greeting had me standing waiting to place an order while they stood doing nothing. No acknowledgement or anything. Then gave me a sandwich that barely had any meat in it. I must didnt have the complextion the other customers had that were greeted and treated friendly.

Just left this location. Food was good service terrible!!! Black woman making the sandwiches had a nasty attitude toward me. She did not seem to have the same issue with the black man who was a customer ahead of me… Completely unacceptable behavior as much as the sandwich cost you would at least like someone to be nice to you while they’re making them. I mean it’s not rocket science. Jersey Mike’s can’t do better with their staff and no one eating restaurants anymore!

Love Jersey Mikes,just not this one..Customer service non existent today.The staff clearly didn't want to be there..They were standing around while I stood there waiting on my order.The young lady there didn't want to make sandwiches but reluctantly decided to make mine..The management really needs to look at their operating standards here at University Drive in Burlington..I'll still go to Jersey Mike's, but again not at this location.

I had the pleasure of getting my sub made by a manager named Patrice. She had a very nasty attitude. I simply stated what I wanted on my sub and the order I wanted my sub built in. I've been eating at Jersey Mike's for a little over a year now and this was the worst experience I've had. I truly want to take my sub in and return it.

How can a sub be made the way "it's supposed to be made," without input from the guest that is actually the one eating it?

Her negative disposition has now made me want to drive 3 miles away to the next closest Jersey Mike's. Smh.
