Online pickup order so I can't speak on service. The sandwich was so messy and soggy, it was dripping.
The staff is terrible. No greeting had me standing waiting to place an order while they stood doing nothing. No acknowledgement or anything. Then gave me a sandwich that barely had any meat in it. I must didnt have the complextion the other customers had that were greeted and treated friendly.

Just left this location. Food was good service terrible!!! Black woman making the sandwiches had a nasty attitude toward me. She did not seem to have the same issue with the black man who was a customer ahead of me… Completely unacceptable behavior as much as the sandwich cost you would at least like someone to be nice to you while they’re making them. I mean it’s not rocket science. Jersey Mike’s can’t do better with their staff and no one eating restaurants anymore!

Love Jersey Mikes,just not this one..Customer service non existent today.The staff clearly didn't want to be there..They were standing around while I stood there waiting on my order.The young lady there didn't want to make sandwiches but reluctantly decided to make mine..The management really needs to look at their operating standards here at University Drive in Burlington..I'll still go to Jersey Mike's, but again not at this location.

I had the pleasure of getting my sub made by a manager named Patrice. She had a very nasty attitude. I simply stated what I wanted on my sub and the order I wanted my sub built in. I've been eating at Jersey Mike's for a little over a year now and this was the worst experience I've had. I truly want to take my sub in and return it.
How can a sub be made the way "it's supposed to be made," without input from the guest that is actually the one eating it?
Her negative disposition has now made me want to drive 3 miles away to the next closest Jersey Mike's. Smh.

I recently visited this Jersey Mike's and was thoroughly impressed. The customer service was top notch and welcoming. The sub I ordered was incredibly fresh and delicious, food was quick, and the staff was friendly, making the experience even better. The atmosphere of the place was clean and inviting, adding to the overall positive experience. I will definitely be returning for more!

Food is fine, never an issue. My issue is the staff. Management really needs to understand how the staff is very unfriedly, non welcoming, and have no people skills. There are plenty of people looking for work that are good hard working and friendly. Can the workers you have and start a new crew. You may get more service that way. Start reading your reviews management.

Been my favorite Jersey Mikes location for the last few months. Always in a rush so I didn’t really notice the tip button when I checked out online. The one time I decide to tip the staff they get my order wrong. The cognitive dissonance I feel at the moment is wild.

I've been to many Jersey Mike's locations and this was one of the worst by far, but not for the reason you might expect. Food was fine, but the service and atmosphere sucked. The line workers seem totally disinterested, inattentive, and downright rude. Left out a sandwich in our order and upon calling hung up on us. Then in person after trying to explain story got interrupted while the "manager" proceeded to say "well you got what you needed, right?" No sorry, no offer to compensate, nothing. Sorry staff and lousy location. My family and I will not be back.
