R.J. and the whole team was absolutely amazing tonight! They were so patient and recommended menu items! They went above and beyond! I have never felt so welcome in a restaurant and the food was delicious! Give them raises!!!

Cassidy helped me plan the perfect surprise for my Cranpop who LOVES JJs. Super quick and was tolerant of my pesky, specific needs. It's his favorite place in the world and they are lovely. The #9 will never do you wrong. The oatmeal cookie is awesome, too.
Vegetarian options: I've ordered the veggie option for years and ngl, get two because it's SO GOOD.

Walked out before even finishing my order because of poor customer service. The girl working register during this shift had a bad attitude with us especially because we weren’t familiar with the Jimmy John’s menu. Was very excited and drove out of the way to try the new picklewich but was frustrated by the attitude and didn’t even want to try it there anymore. Hopefully better luck next time.

My Dad and I went in got 2 sub so much miscommunication the girl and the guy couldn’t understand each other we were both iffy on going in while sitting in the car we saw a lady that was hot walked in clearly upset that her order was wrong. I order a buffalo chicken the girl made BLT and didn’t even start talking on my dad sandwich till we told them only person that understood was the guy in the back that actually made my sandwich that I ordered so big props to him for being on it and once they finally got it together still try to charge us again after we made it clear that we already paid just a bunch of college kids that don’t want to be there yea they have to make money true.. maybe one of those days idk… but today wasn’t it

Won't deliver 3 miles away from their location. I love Jimmy John's Gargantuan. I usually spend about 20 bucks. They lost a sale over 3 miles.
They replied and won't deliver over 5 minutes away. That narrows down their sales to a 1.5 mile radius. I don't expect the driver to break the speed limit, but I'm fine with a 10 minute wait.

The guy cashier was nice and apologetic about the sandwiches being made incorrectly but the young lady that was making the sandwiches had an attitude bc I pointed out the stuff that's advertised on the sandwiches/wraps that she didn't bother putting on it.
This trip I tried the BLT ... it was just average. I mostly just tasted bread, not much bacon. And the bread was just ordinary. In flavor. I will not be ordering the BLT again - not so good.

They the WORST EVER WE ONLY HAVE A 30 min lunch at my Job and some Guy name Johnathan repeated my order back to me twice but when my co worker went for our food they gave us HAM AND WE BOTH ARE ALLERGIC TO HAM so I called and they guy tells me what we order are not on the menu ?? he sound dumb as hell. I don’t care if it’s not on the menu or not you took my order and repeated it too me and said it would be ready. Then he says “well you going let me explain” uh NO What is there to explain they the worst ever now we sitting here HUNGRY AND HAVE NO FOOD FOR 6 more hours. They talking bout bring the food back why what yall going do with it
