The main reason I come is 2 particular servers: Renee and Jodi. They always make sure the meal is enjoyable! The new manager was also extremely nice.
Ok enough is enough. this resturant has depleted their ratings over the past few times Ive visited (within 6 months) - When you walk in youre hit with a dirty mop water needs to be changed smeill and filthy floors. You are also seated in dark dirty carpeted areas. The food lines are mediocre- today there was only FRIED food versus baked/ options and the vegtables were heated in oven too long so appearance was terrible/ looked burned. Years ago K&W was a good family place to eat but last few times I have been very disappointed.
Made the mistake of going there with my sister tonight ..from out of town ..she really wanted to go there😞
