Do not go here if you wish to have a decent meal. They never have the full menu available and are severely understaffed. The last two times we’ve given them a chance they’ve only had one person operating the entire store. This evening food was old to the point the corn was brown and the Mac and cheese was basically glue. The chicken smelled old and looked as though it had been in the heating drawer for most of the day. Safe to say we won’t be returning.

Placed a mobile order for a 12 piece meal original recipe drums and thighs, two sides of mashed potatoes and gravy with one side of corn and 6 biscuits. Receipt said it would be ready for pick up between 8:51-8:55. I waited until 9:10 to go to the restaurant and was told they had no chicken and I would need to wait another 15 min. At this point I have already paid for my order so what choice do I have other than to wait on the chicken. I'm not sure what is going on with this location but out of the past 5 times I have ordered here they have never had everything and I've had to wait an average of 15 to 20 min each time. Tonight they have 5 cars waiting for their food and have had to tell other cars they are out of different items. I've watched at least 3 cars either back up or pull through the drive thru without ordering due to the wait. They are losing money left and right because employees do you know how to manage the demand. As of 9:35. I still do not have any food. It's been 26 min.and I am still waiting. Got food at 9:43. Get home and I did not get what I paid for instead I got 10 pieces of extra crispy mixed white and dark meat bucket ( we don't really care for breasts or wings) and instead of biscuits we got cold buns. This is the last time I will deal with this place. They really need to get their act together.

Don’t waste your money here. I went through the drive-thru and right away the girl taking my order wasn’t paying attention she kept repeating the wrong food back to me and clearly wasn’t listening. When I pulled up to pay, I was told to pull forward and wait for my food. For the record, there was no one behind me, in front of me, or even inside the restaurant.
After about 5 minutes, I saw another car waiting and asked how long they’d been there they said “a long time.” That’s when I parked and went inside to ask for a refund. The same lady who took my order was in the office counting money. I had to call out to get her attention. She came out with an attitude and asked what I ordered. She never gave me a receipt either, which would’ve made it easier. My food was just sitting on the counter, and she handed it to me without saying anything.
The place looked dirty inside, and it’s gross watching employees wear gloves but still touch their phones and other stuff with the same gloves they use to handle food. The owner seriously needs to clean house if they want this location to survive. Fire the manager because it starts with her. Not sure how many managers you have but for reference, she’s a tiny black woman since I didn’t get her name.

Worst KFC I’ve ever been too in my life. They were really slow, took about 20 mins & I just didn’t understand after waiting for long the food wasn’t fresh so I asked for fresh food they take food back and re fry it to make it hot. I don’t recommend 2/10

On September the 9th i went to kfc through the drive thru i ordered my food and when i had got home and tasted the LARGE FIRES which is like $5 extra and for that amount of money i paid FOR FRIES they didnt even taste good like they tasted like barbecue and they werent even cooked good FOR $5 i was wondering if MAYBE it was js a few on top BUT NO IT WAS THE WHOLE THING THAT TASTED LIKE BARBECUE?! I didn’t even know barbecue fry seasoning was a thing i had to put more seasoning and it still didnt even taste good . No way i paid 5 extra fries for barbecue fries 😔😤 I just wanted to come home to some good old KFC but no….Like id didnt even know that was an option at KFC… Definitely not as good as it used to be

Very unprofessional. They open late, close early and have nasty attitudes. I find it odd that most days after 8pm, there is no more chicken at a fast food chicken restaurant. Maybe hire more responsible and reliable employees. I will be filing a complaint with corporate as well.

This will be our last time eating at this KFC got to go order the chicken pot pie. The crust was halfway in the box and halfway on the pie and the power was so dried out. You could hardly eat it and it took 15 minutes to get it so sloppy and so slow into food sucks

They say they close at 10 pm Monday 07/07/25. 8:45 am and it is closed and I went to the drive thru and it says you need a car and I ask why it is closed in front and it says we close at 9 and it was 8:45 pm when at the front door it says they close at 10:00 pm how stupid I had to go to Taco Bell that is open and they respect the hours
