I use to love KFC but I just like it now. Chicken not as good as it was 5-10yrs ago.

What is the point of having a online order system if it just lies to you. Don't tell me my food is ready and then when I get there say it hasn't even been cooked yet. I shouldn't have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for a soda and fries if it ain't ready then simply don't tell me it is and I won't come until its ready and I mean like it's just fries it's not rocket science souffle. And it's not like they're busy there's like 1 customer here (I see why) and you couldn't get a fry cooked in 30mins? Why? This is why they parking lot stay empty, and you won't find my car or anyone else's I know cars there either. After the first time I thought it was a fluke but no...this is who they are. So sad to see KFC has been downgraded to Kentucky gotta go freaking catch and kill the chicken after we grow the potatoes but our app will lie to you , slow slower fired chicken. First of all I was craving for KFC and I ordered through their site and because a DoorDash driver picked up the order and they can’t find my house because it happened to be a new construction house the driver decided to drop it off to some random lawn. I tried to drive around my neighborhood and possibly it maybe left around somewhere but I didnt find it. It says I was deliver and handed to me when it clearly wasn’t.. called DoorDash make sure I get a refund but they said I’ll have to call KFC.. so DoorDash called to contact the KFC but no one answered the phone, since no one answered I drove 20 mins just for them to tell me that they don’t do refund nor replace the chicken that I have ordered ! The manager told me I have to call DoorDash when I told him I didn’t order through DoorDash I ordered through their site. Kept telling me that DoorDash was the one that need to refund me but my bank account was charged for their location! I didn’t t get my money back I will be calling the KFC corporate tomorrow. $54 I spend and my 3 kids and I was left with no dinner on the table! This place is not very good with handling customers, the customers should always be right. They didn’t even accommodate any chicken. I wasn’t feeling good that’s the reason I ordered for delivery and I had to drag myself out of bed and didnt get to eat til later that day. I will never order KFC from this location ever again!

Doordash order .. 10 mnts waiting for someone to help me with the order . It was only me and one more person . Still wait 28 mnts for the order.. crazy
People are hard on fast food lately, and understandably so. Industry-wide the standards have dropped while costs have skyrocketed.
I had a refreshing break from the aforementioned fast food gloom-and-doom here, where I got a decent meal for $5ish dollars and was greeted with a smile and some personality by the staff. The lobby was pristine, and everything was as it should be.
Fast food isn't dead, it's just hiding.

I used a coupon for a 10pc bucket and once I presented the coupon through the drive thru, I was accommodated immediately. Once the associate realized that I will have wait a little longer for my food, she directed me to the entrance to receive my food. I didn't wait that long before I received my order. Nice establishment!

Ordered through the mobile app and didn't get the 10 pc nuggets. Very understaffed with no one picking up the phone when I called back.

I’m only adding a star because the manager refunded our money. We ordered on the app and was instructed to park in a designated parking spot for pickup. There were no marked spots. We went inside to get our order but didn’t have our drinks. We ordered a blackberry Pepsi beverage bucket so we informed them and they went to get it.
We waited 5+ minutes to get it then realize they gave us blackberry lemonade. I took it back inside and they said because the app won’t show when they’re out of pepsi, they decided to give us lemonade instead. So instead of telling us that and refunding the beverage bucket, they gave us blackberry lemonade and didn’t say a word about it.
We were missing nuggets, they left off the sauces and a fry. It was a mess.
