Don't bother going here, go to bojangles across the street. My girlfriend and I went through the drive-thru. When we asked for a 12 piece dark meat extra crispy bucket, the girl in the drive-thru gave us a hard time about getting it. I told them on the app I could have gotten it. She did a loud sigh and said she'd ask her manager and sounded like I was bothering her for asking her to do her job. They did give us the extra crispy chicken but when we got home we only had 8 pieces of chicken. The chicken barely had any meat on the bones, the biscuits tasted like glue, and the fries were soggy. And my girlfriend found a black hair in her food when she has blonde hair. I called and had them put my name in their book for wrong food but I don't even think I'll go back to get it because I haven't been able to stay out of the bathroom since I've ate the food.

Came through drive thru with coupon 10.99 or 15.99 white/dark for 10 piece chicken. Got home and chicken was greasy and old. There was also only 9 pieces of thighs and drums. I called and the manager who told me she was unable to refund and told me to call up there today to speak to dee dee. I spoke to denette and she refused to refund me without receiving the product. I informed her that I threw it out but she was very argumentative and didn’t even apologize for my inconvenience.

Worst KFC place ever!! The manager, Dennette refused to give me my order that was already PAID for via the app. The cashier was rude with eye rolling and making smart remarks under her breath when, I asked who was the manager. She stated "its obvious with rolling eyes with a smart mouth" and walked away. If I knew I wouldn't be asking. I figure out later Dannette was the manager by looking at her name tag later when I asked for corporates number to complain and make a report.
My app clearly said my order was "ready for pick up" and even got a notification how my experience was. Seemed they were racist because me & my daughter are clearly Hispanic. If you can't treat people with respect regardless of their race you shouldn't work at a place where different people enter your work place especially when we PAID for our order. Treat people like you would like to be treated because ALL people deserve respect and to be treated better than I was treated by both employees.
