This KFC is horrible for there around 9 o’clock first the women that works was like we only got dark meat long story short the potatoes wedges was hard and old the chicken was too greasy

Ordered a family meal and after I paid, I overheard it would be 20-25 minutes. I asked if that included my order. The cashier asked and then informed me it did. I said I didn’t want to wait that long and asked for a refund. The shift leader came over and said she couldn’t process refunds and I would have to come back tomorrow.
Also, the cashier was eating while portioning sides of gravy.

They tried to charge me $2.89 for a medium cup of ice.
Sucks! Food, service all of it! Fire and restart and whole team including the DM if they even have one. Came 3 different times and had to wait at least 15 min to place the order with not a damn soul in sight other than the workers. I see why.

My son used the KFC mobile app for pick up. We were told that we needed to come inside to pick up the order. The only problem is that my son is handicapped and uses a cane to walk. So he cannot carry food and drink and safely maneuver back and forth to the car. He uses the mobile app for convenience. This policy creates a new heartless ADA issue. I was met with a rude response at the window. The pick up inside policy is good for a person contracted for delivery, but employees need to have compassion. I am not a fan of this cancer food on any day, but if you decide to eat make sure you at least search for another location where the staff is not rude and dismissive.
Zero stars is what I actually would like to say. I would NOT recommend. Service still matters.

Currently sitting in the drive thru. Sign says store opens at 10. Online says store opens at 10. Workers came outside, went back in and locked door. Nobody will wait on us. Very disappointing.

Just went through there and got 12 wings my normal order. When I got home I ate 3 and then grab a nasty slimy and pink thing the size of a breast and literally got sick. I went back cool and calm and explained to the manager on duty the situation and he said he couldn't do anything but replace it? Why would I want to eat somewhere where they think that's ok to serve out the window. Im pretty upset but still kept calm. I would definitely not recommend kfc in Burlington to anyone and would even highly discourage anyone thinking about eating there.

I don't know if it was the cook or the manager. They went into the bathroom used it with the apron on. Came back out with the same apron on. Then the same person took out the trash with the apron on

Terrible. I pulled up to the drive thru and they tell me it's a 22 minute wait on chicken. Not one other customer in the drive thru or in the store. How does that make sense? Not only that, I pull around and the person taking the money is chewing food. Monday evening and you have no chicken. Why are you open. Do better.
Store not keep clean, bathroom unsanitary, nasty, will not patronize again.
