This location had the best food I’ve had from KFC in a while! Clean and service was very professional and kind. Wish our KFC’s in Charlotte were like this location!

We went in for food for our tailgate for a football game and at the tailgate we realized we only had 4 pieces of chicken as opposed to the 5 pieces we were supposed to have and charged an extra $1. Getting back in town late we waited until MOnday to go back to KFC to let them know of their mistake.
My husband spoke to the manager. She said we needed to have come back within 24 hours and then said “sorry” that is our policy.
WOW!!! We will not be going to this KFC again. … check your order before leaving to make sure your order is correct.

We ordered the meal. The chicken was okay. I think the mashed potatoes and gravy were burnt. You know, when the taste and texture of the potatoes have that scraped from the bottom of the pot taste. Yes, that was it! We chose this location over Church Street. We won't do that again.

I just left there and I ordered before I left home which is in Gibsonville NC now my order at 8:40pm when I got to the KFC which is in Burlington NC now look I said my order was ready before I left Gibsonville, so I pulled into the drive thru and she told me to go around and pull in the pickup parking space I didn't get my order until 9:22pm, they had to make my order and they gave me the wrong tea 2nd time they done that I don't know about the other KFC'S in Burlington but I'm leaving this one alone I pay too much money for mishaps

SMH..I have no idea WHY I keep giving this place the benefit of doubt! I’m convinced EVERYONE in there should be tested bc NOBODY can be this unsmart. To work there requirements are you MUST be incompetent.I order the sauced boneless chicken.. I got a container of sauce, NO CHICKEN!!!! I asked for 1 breast, 2 legs .. I got 2 thighs 1 leg.. EVERY TIME I go they completely destroy my order! And for my inconvenience today? After leaving and coming back and having to wait!!!!! ONE extra nugget! LMAO!!!!
