Service was extremely fast however, I got chicken that had been way over cooked in tha deep fryer. All my chicken was a very dark dark brown. Anyone one who knows anything about cooking, knows this isn’t ok. The chicken was dry and tasted burnt. Yuck. The fries on the other hand tasted fabulous. I think I’ll continue to go to Bojangles…

This location had the best food I’ve had from KFC in a while! Clean and service was very professional and kind. Wish our KFC’s in Charlotte were like this location!
We went in for food for our tailgate for a football game and at the tailgate we realized we only had 4 pieces of chicken as opposed to the 5 pieces we were supposed to have and charged an extra $1. Getting back in town late we waited until MOnday to go back to KFC to let them know of their mistake.
My husband spoke to the manager. She said we needed to have come back within 24 hours and then said “sorry” that is our policy.
WOW!!! We will not be going to this KFC again. … check your order before leaving to make sure your order is correct.

We ordered the meal. The chicken was okay. I think the mashed potatoes and gravy were burnt. You know, when the taste and texture of the potatoes have that scraped from the bottom of the pot taste. Yes, that was it! We chose this location over Church Street. We won't do that again.
