Krispy Kreme headquarters sent me a voucher for a free dozen at any location after complain to them kudos for them this owner should be reprimanded so send comments to KK headquarters Stopped at this location have not eaten Krispy Kreme in some time my wife went in got a dozen glazed and a dozen mixed she informed me it was over $35 I told her last time we would have Krispy Kreme came home looked on internet site said order online and glazed would be $1 so we payed double because she walked in why didn't someone in the store tell her to order online this is a joke to rip off walk ins NEVER AGAIN !!! To add to the review my wife and I decided to eat raspberry filled donuts this morning had to eat 3/4 of the donut to find filling they may have had a thimble full of filling Krispy Kreme needs to clean house at this location and start over. What a BS generic feedback all feedback says the same thing very poor public relations

2.33 per doughnut overall for 6! That is outrageous. Fresh light never comes on and the people working in there are not friendly at all. I have not been to a Krispy Kreme anywhere without having some child treating me like a cash Popsicle. No smile not thank for your business.

ordered “half a dozen” wondered why it was so expensive but dude wouldn’t say a word at the window so i didn’t say a word back. he gave me a full dozen. that’s not what my review is about, turn off the damn hot and ready sign if it’s not hot.. they feel like they were sitting outside in 30° weather

The staff were extremely nice and polite. My grandson and I were looking at the donuts being glazed. To my surprise , a nice young man asked us if we wanted a sample. “Of course!” Delicious! We will be back!

The staff at this location are just TOP notch. We have become regulars because my kids just love them so much! The doughnut lady is just the best human in the world! But when we went today and she wasn’t working- the other staff were JUST as fun and sweet. 🥰 we love them! And of course doughnuts are YUM!

I had an Medium Frozen Chiller it was ok. your staff the other weekend Sat night. They could be Friendly and Customer Oriented and Speak to their Customers. The place a bit Disoriented.

I took my kids here for a special doughnut treat today. We get in and there’s one person ahead of us. When it’s our turn my kids started looking at the doughnuts with excitement. My kids are only 3 and 4 years old. So really small and this is their first time at Krispy Kreme. I greet the cashier first with a small and say, “Hey how ya doing?” His response was, “just waiting on yall.” It was rude and uncalled for. There was nobody behind us and we took no more than 1 minute to make our choice. The unprofessional behavior is enough to drive me away. I won’t be bringing my kids back there any time soon. Especially when we received a much better experience at Dunkin’ Donuts.

I placed an online order for 7:45 PM for the following day for the new HP donuts as I work with a lot of fans. I came to get the order and I was told they didn’t have them. The female behind the counter also told me it wasn’t their responsibility to check orders for the day, it was the managers. Instead of rectifying the situation, the solution was to give me a refund. She allegedly spoke to a manager in the back (either a bad lie, or the manager is a coward and hid in the back). I didn’t want a refund, I did my part for a large order and gave them MORE than 24 hours notice. Whatever excuse about how their online orders work is irrelevant. I utilized the order ahead option and the store simply couldn’t be bothered to check if they had any orders for the day. They just gave the refund and told me to come back early in the morning if I wanted them.
I work nights, that wasn’t an option. Incompetent and lazy staff.
