Pollo tamales were excellent. The woman that took care of me does not speak english, nor do I speak their language but they were so patient! A customer who did speak their language, got up while eating to assist me with ordering my food. I will be back!

I ordered 4 lamb tacos for dinner, and the food was very cold. I called to report it, and then everyone (including the person who initially took my order over the phone and took my payment) acted like they didn't understand what I was saying (how convenient, right?). I returned to the restaurant within 5 minutes so that they could see and feel the food for themselves. One of the older ladies took the food and did not offer to heat up my food or anything. No one from the establishment said a word to me. Even though the customer service was terrible and the main lady was hateful as hell, I won't be back on my dime. I pray for the continued success of this family-owned business, but they need a dose of humility because the customers are the reason why you are open; remember that!
