Most of these locations always seem to have an issue with something. Love the product hate going to the locations kind of like Pizza Hut.

I will never eat at this little Caesars again until you get staff that have a positive attitude. We came in there getting pizza for dinner and I already seen that. They had a long line we asked for fresh pizza and came out with pizza that looks like it’s just been sitting around. The pizza was not cut properly And also the cheese pizza was extremely cold. Look at this pizza and tell me If this is something you would eat! Not pleased at all!!! The cashier was the most pleasant one in there, the young man with the dreads.(Unfortunately, they all need hair nets with all that hair hanging over people’s food) being that I make pizzas myself, this crust is not fresh!

I’ve ordered from this location dozens of times. Getting anyone to answer the phone is impossible so I always order online. The food is usually fine but I always have to cut it again at home as my dollar store pizza cutter does a better job than theirs does. Recently I ordered a pizza from here and it looked and smelled off. I tried to call to see if I could get a new pizza or reach some sort of resolution but of course nobody answered. If this was my first time visiting this location, it definitely would have been my last. Not saying I’ll never go back, but I think I’ll be considering Dominos a lot more in the future.

Got 2 pep pizza, brought them home, went to eat them and fly eggs were all in the pizza, under pepperonis and everything!!! Took the second box and again fly eggs all over them, how disgusting 🤮

An hour wait for one Italian Cheese Bread. I am not kidding I swear on my life he said an hour.. this is isnt the first time this has happened. Every single employee i have ever encountered at this store is a bum.

Tried again after a year and still disappointed. Took forever and quality was bad. There was others also standing around waiting and not happy.
Placed my order online 4 hours before I needed it because I had a busy evening coming up. Arrived to the establishment 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready and it wasn't even out of the oven. The cashier went to check for my order and never spoke to me again. She did start removing food from the backed up oven, without washing her hands, and placing them in random stacks. A gentleman came from the back and started running the cut area, and explained that he would get the orders out of she would come handle the front. I literally waited in that store for 28 minutes without a word spoken to me, watching the person handling the cut area rub his face and nose every couple pizzas. I waited patiently as the cashier continued to wait on customers without ever even looking in my direction, only to be given a cold cheese pizza, 2 orders of cold burnt pizza puffs (that weren't even the variety I ordered), and cheese bread that wasn't actually cut. When my order was finally dug out of the 20 boxes of food that had accumulated at the cut table, I even had to ask for the dipping sauce that comes with uncut cheese bread. I won't be back to this location.
Kid-friendliness: My kids were hungry because they didn't want to eat burnt food or cold cheese pizza

I ordered online a double cheese, large pizza for between 10 and $11. Take out my credit card was charged when we arrived to pick up our dinner. The store was closed. This is not acceptable! I will never order another little Caesars pizza again. Especially at South Church St., Burlington, NC. Ridiculous. We came to pick up our dinner pizza at 7 o’clock. Lights out doors locked no service ridiculous

12/19/24 8:00pm placed online order to be picked up 10:15pm so 2 hours go by to make it correctly we get there to pick up 2 stuffed crust pizzas, brownies, crazy puffs, we got sent home with 2 regular crust pizzas when we paid for stuffed crusts, cold crazy puffs that he almost forgot to grab and he did forget the brownies and sauces, they literally spent 2 hours outside smoking and forgot our order so quickly grabbed 2 regular pizzas, will never go to this location again 30$ wasted.
