I’d called to speak to the manager, but based off of how they do their service, I assume the manager probably won’t do anything about it…buy this location has got to be the worst little Caesars ever! I have never gotten a pizza that was fresh So it’s been a while since I been. I ordered a supreme pizza and a half pepperoni half cheese. The supreme pizza was fresh clearly because they have to make that per order, but they gave me a pepperoni pizza instead of a half pepperoni, half cheese and put the box at the bottom so I would not notice. I do believe they gave me the wrong pizza, but however, the pizza was clearly a pizza that’s been sitting in the warmer for at least an hour and a half if not longer, and they just reheated it. The crust was stale and hard, but it was hot. The sauce had absorbed into the dough so there was barely any sauce on the pizza. Had to go to this one because the other one on S. Church St. has been closed for a while now unfortunately.

Absolutely horrible pizza. Horrendous amount of sauce, the doe isn't fully cooked. Woman yelling in the back like it's a zoo. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment whatsoever. Go to another lil Caesars. The past three times I've bought pizza, it has been atrocious. I tried to give them a chance and think maybe they just hired Jack legs that don't care about quality but it doesn't matter the time of day, the people, the order, it's always terrible. Do not waste ur time and money. You will absolutely be disappointed. The food health score is at 94 also. This is the last time I ever step foot in that place again. I'd rather starve to be frank!

We like the food, but I guess we shouldn’t go on Sundays or when it’s too busy, it’s obvious that the pizza is too hot to handle for employees. Our family called in four orders of STUFFED crazy bread, we got three of four, the other orange bag was regular crazy bread. It felt like employees were getting distracted when the dinner rush stampedes in, or distracted when someone aesthetically pleasing walks in to pay for their order. Either way it’s a high probability we’ll help finance another pizza business, but definitely not this location. It was sadly a waste of time, energy, and money.

I tried to use the app to place my order. It said error and for me to call the store to place my order. It was 10:56 and the staff asked me to call back at 11:00 when the store opened. I called back at 11:07. She asked me to hold on and laid the phone down for approximately 10 minutes. She returned and took my order. She said it would be 15 minutes. I arrived at the store at 11:15. The time now is 11:46 and I still do not have my order.
We ordered a single cheese pizza, and they made us wait 45 minutes while others got here after us and they got more than us and they got theirs first.

Ordered 5 pizzas got 3…two of them were wrong. Called and complained to the manager. Told me she would make it right so I go back and she asks me where the other pizzas that were wrong were…keep in mind this has taken up an hour and a half of my night at this point after working all day…. Best advice never get pizza here. Dominos is right down the road and literally the same price. That’s where I’ll be going from now on no doubt about it. Atleast the people at dominos seem to halfway care about their job. Super disappointed as I had left a 5 star review for this little Caesar’s a year ago! Plus when I finally got the right pizzas that I had to pay for…after the manager said she’d make it right they weren’t even fully cooked….wondering what else could be wrong
