At first, all the waitstaff were nice. Our waitess name was Lauren. Their whole attitude changed when we complained about our food being cold. They became very short with us. We asked for a bag, and they basically threw it on the table. We told them our food was cold, but we'd just take it to go and warm it up ourselves. We didn't ask for a discount or any kind of compensation. A manager came to the table; her name was Heather, I believe. She kind of apologized and told us they hadn't had an issue with food being cold in a while, but I read a few reviews, and that's not true. She made us feel like we were not telling the truth. We go to this Longhorn often, but we will not be back. This is very poor customer service.

Our Parmesan Crusted Chicken orders were overcooked and very dry, almost burned on the bottoms. Scarce parmesan topping on the chicken.

Service was good.

Several tables close by had not been bussed after guests had left.

Large amount of food on the floor in several places.

Apparently different management per outdoor signage.

Very disappointing. We've loved this chicken for many years! We'll give it another chance.

The appetizers were great, But my steak was overcooked and under seasoned and plain tough. This was the first time I ever had a bad steak from Longhorn. The only reason I didn't send it back or complain was because we was having a birthday dinner and I waited so long for our entrees and was busy in there.

For some reason, we had to wave down our server for refills, more bread, and to-go boxes. She constantly walked by our table to serve people seated after us, and at one point stood in the entrance to the service area chatting. I believe her name was Courtney. Not sure if because of our race or what but she definitely made a point of avoiding our table. I told my husband the tip should be less than 15% because of the lackluster service. We usually have better service when we come here. It wasn't even busy when we arrived today. The food was good. Another server did finally help us out with to-go boxes and the check. Hopefully, next time servo will be better.

Had a lovely night at LongHorn Steakhouse on November 13th. The food was great but the service was even better! We got served by AK T which made our evening really amazing. Always super positive and ready to help us and serve us at any moment. It was our first time at LongHorn Steakhouse during out trip in the US, and thanks to AK T we got one of the best experiences of our whole trip. I want to thank her once again for the service and help she gave us! A thousand times thank you from the europeans!! :)

I was there eating alone. The waitress was perfect. The medium rare steak was too rare. The Brussels sprouts were too greasy. Otherwise, the flavors were very good.

We never received our food after waiting 45 minutes to an hour. We were repeatedly told it was on the way, yet the table seated after us received their meals and even had time to send a steak back and get a replacement while we were still waiting. Our server was polite and did their best, but we’re unsure what caused the delay. We ultimately asked for the check and paid for our drinks. Overall, we were very disappointed and will likely not return for a while. I wish I would have spoken to someone to find out why the delay. Or to get are app compt.

My husband & I have been to this location a few times now. Tonight it was really busy & our food came out cold. We let the waitress know and she took it back with an apology & a smile. The manager returned shortly after with fresh cooked food & took care of the bill. He was very kind & apologetic. The waitress continued to serve us attentively & with a smile even when she believed that she’d get nothing out of it. Mistakes happen but they handled it so wonderfully. I can’t say enough positive things about our experiences.
