My group had the best service and food. The front desk attendant was so attentive and that was the start of as positive an experience my 9 lunch mates agreed we've ever had. I live 40+ miles away, but I'll be back and bring friends with me. Kudos to all. Corporate, you are doing it right.

The food and service are great. I couldn’t give five stars because when I came in with my family of seven we were told that the max that could sit together was 6. So I had to sit by myself on the other side of the restaurant. Which was odd to me. I doubt I will be back due to my family and I not being able to sit together. I wouldn’t suggest this place for parties larger than 6.

My family generally loves coming here. We came on a Saturday around 4 with 5 adults and 3 kids. We were told it is now policy that a party our size has to sit separately and cannot be seated together. The restaurant was almost empty, but we still had to sit separately. It doesn’t seem to make sense and it’s not very family friendly either. We will look for a more accommodating restaurant next time.

I was told that they do not accept parties more than 8 on weekends. Management was not pleasant and was unwilling to cater to us . Don’t really want eat here in the future.

We were looking forward to visiting Longhorn Steakhouse in Burlington on the weekend and we had seven people. I called to inquire about reservations or call ahead seating and they said they absolutely could not, under no circumstances, take more than six people on the weekend. No exceptions. They did not care if we went somewhere else.

We’ve been to several LongHorn restaurants in different cities and states and this one was one of the best looking ones yet. The food was great. My husband absolutely loved the lamb chops and it was his time trying them. I almost always order the Parmesan crusted chicken as it’s one of my favorites and it was as always, delicious. The raspberry lemonade was also delicious. The place was jammed packed but our waitress Elizabeth was still a sweetheart and accommodated all our needs. I’m sorry for the half eaten dinner plates but we were hungry and forgot to take a picture first lol
