My order is always spot on, it's always fresh and hot, and the staff is friendly.

Service has really went down I ordered a special that they offer and a salad.They didn't bring my salad and when I called the store I was told that door dash was responsible for the delivery. Which was a complete lie because the delivery driver clearly had a Marcos sign brightly lit up on top of her car. I was told to either come pick up the salad or reach out to door dash in reference to a refund. So they clearly knew door dash had nothing to do with the delivery. So if we would have tried to get a refund we would be looking like scammers or that we are trying to get over. Then while I'm in the store one of the workers was making someone who was in front of me pizza, and he never put on gloves and the manager must have seen my expression on my face when I noticed what he was doing. So she quietly walked by him and must have told him to put on gloves, because he stopped in the middle of adding the meat toppings he decides to put on gloves. But he was basically through with adding the toppings to did I say it was 2 separate pizzas on their order? Yeah he was nearing the end of topping the 2nd pizza. He put on the gloves tossed a couple more pieces of pepperoni on the pizza and was taking the gloves right back off.... They are very unorganized, bad customer service, store in dissaree.... I'm just not gonna shop there because that's not the only person or time someones food was prepared by someone with no gloves on..... The way he went straight to stretching the dough and applying the sauce and cheese with out gloves.... SO SHOP THEIR AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!
I like it. It's lunch time and the place is certainly busy, but they are attentive and fast. My food was hot and fresh. There was no line when I ordered, but there is a steady flow of people in and out. I didn't dine in, but the customer service was nice. Definitely will come again!

Meatball sub was soggy from all the sauce plus the meatballs weren't fresh and the toppings i ordered wasn't on the sub. The provolone must be processed because when re-heated, it practically melted...yuk!
Manager made sure my bad experience was resolved. Went above and beyond with customer service to make sure I was pleased. I like Marcos better than Dominos. Better service and better food, will always come here for pizza!
Good food for the price and the customer service has been excellent.
pizza ok skimpy on the meat on the sub i got a italian with lettuce and tomato subway 100 % better would not recommend

This place runs like a well oiled machine. They were busy when I arrived 15 minutes after I ordered my pizza online. My order was ready when I arrived. The order was hot and delicious. This was the first time I ordered from the app and it was easy to set up and order. My son lives in Burlington so when I visit he orders pizza from Marco. I really enjoy the pizza every time we have it. The staff is courteous and professional. Store was clean.

Never have a driver
I live an hour away but having 3 kids I come to the dentist next door often and been wondering about the food at Marcos for some months ,decided to give it a try while kids were getting dental work and if it were any good I would get them something to-go so I didn’t have to stop otw home since they have to wait 30 minutes to eat. The vibe was terrible the first couple minutes I was in. The older guy w glasses was clearly aggravated the way he was handling food and utensils like slamming things down and huffing . He finally acknowledges the first person in line with an attitude and tosses her food on the counter then get the guy in front of me who asked if the employee had change for a larger bill to which the response she was “my manager is at the bank I can give you ones” with an attitude also. So the customer tries to add to his order( I’m assuming to help keep from getting so much change back in 1s) and the employee rolls his eyes , sighs and walks over to a register near the racks takes a paper clip off some money and throws it behind the register. When I got to the counter he never greeted me I said my order number and name and asked if I help myself to the two mtn dews in my order he said yes and turns around tosses my sub on the counter and never says another word. Never greeted me never said have a nice day just extremely terrible customer service. I hope he’s just having a bad day but I still believe the guy HATES this job. Drinks were cold and crisp chicken sub tasted like a microwave dinner.
Placed my order March 8th 2025 at 7:20pm, after 10 minutes, I was sent a prompt saying the food was out for “delivery”. The pizza never arrived. At 9:30 I went to the store and asked about my order. They told me it left 10 minutes ago so I came back home and there was nothing delivered. On Sunday mid day, I went into the store again. a guy named Erick from the kitchen spoke with me, he told me he couldn’t do anything so to talk to the general manager, “Ms. Dee”. So I went back Monday March 10th, she told me I needed to speak to the supervisor. She told me to wait on a call from the supervisor who’d call me about a refund. I was still never offered any kind of solution, no discount, no refund, no side credit. My family and I were left with no food. This is no place for me to rant about personal problems BUT IN THIS OCCASION THE ORDER NEEDED TO BE HERE.My house has cameras, I have proof I never received the pizza. I still have yet to receive the call from the supervisor Ms. Dee said would call me. Today Sunday March 16th @4:20pm I went inside the store again and am asking about my order. They told me I needed to talk to Ms. Dee because she was the general manager. I NEED A REFUND. NEVER BUYING FROM YOU AGAIN. IM NOT GOING TO STOP FIGHTING DOR THIS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR 4 years!!!! I AM DISPUTING THE CHARGES WITH MY BANK. This tells me your store and business, along with your employees do not care about the customers concern nor their food. HORRIBLE PLACE WONT DONA THING ABOUT MY ORDER OR OTHERS IVE HEARD FROM. CLEARLY THERES A PROBLEM WITH THWIR ONLINE OR TAKE OUT ORDERS. Look at the pattern between all of these other comments
